Even though most issues may be related to multiple lifestyle pointers which I mentioned in my previous post, one must visit a medical professional in case of hormonal imbalances, nerve compressions, psychological disorders, etc which might also be the reason for penis related issues. So while mongers advice can give a direction, there is no harm is consulting a professional.
Endocrinologist can advise on multiple men's wellness issues and hormonal imbalances, psychologist on stress and porn related issues, while a good sexologist may cover broadly everything.
DevSagar sir was kind enough to give me these advices when I went through similar issues a couple of years ago in past and he had also referred some doctors at the time.
