The place tells the girls not to give BBBJ, so it really is a rare exception when you can talk a girl into giving you one. The girls at Nataree are cute, but I have never liked the place. The rooms are run-down and the service is mediocre for the most part. My advice would be to avoid the place. You can find lookers at other places where they give good service, even though they may not have as many young cuties. However, if the girl is willing to give the papa / mama san a kickback she must know that if she provides bad service the papa / mama san will lose credibility.
