OK, I have taken some 100 E sessions for an hour but that was more for DFK than BBBJ. I have received BBBJ in 50 E sessions in 2019 for sure. Only one trip this year and I can't remember if I did any 50 E sessions or if all of them were 100 E for an hour. What I do know is that I have never paid extra money for BBBJ.

I have taken longer sessions than 30 min for the sake of DFK. That has not been a huge change because even a few years ago there were some girls who did not give up DFK in 30 M and needed additional incentive and taking longer sessions was the way for me.

The only way it is worthwhile visiting the club if you have time to spend several hours, choose your girl (s) carefully and are able to do 1 hour+ rooms so you get the full treatment. But even then I found it very hard to persuade anyone to do BBBJ without paying the extra 20 e. It appears this has become a club standard. Artemis was never a cheap option. As has been reported here many times. Until there is another competing FKK in Berlin this will go unchecked.

Berlin said today bars, restaurants and shops will have to shut down between 11 pm To 6 am From October 10th. Assume Artemis will have to close between those times as well but it didn't mention brothel specifically.
