If you want to, you can start with HIV PEP (read about it). Medicine's name is Cipla Viraday. Take once a day at the same time, pref on empty stomach for a month. Some people report severe side effects. Personally, I took it once and had very minor and tolerable side effects.
Some people also take doxycyclin for preventing bacterial infections. Although it is still in research.
