In my region the clubs never re-opened since March. People who govern Berlin seem to be really reasonable. Prostitution will happen anyway, it would just be illegal and much more unsafe. I hope nothing changes this week, because my trip to Berlin is already planned. Again, kind of crazy. But these are crazy times.

Of course, keep in mind all the clubs were completely shut for 4,5 months but that does not mean the forum should have come to a halt in those days. As I said in reply to Turgid, health concern is only one aspect of it for me; many other things need to fall into place before I can visit these clubs. In the meanwhile, chatting with likeminded people keeps whetting my appetite. Not that I need that much whetting; as it is I feel like I am famished LOL.

You are too nice PayForIt. In a country of 80 Mil+, death count in single digits or teens, while also being heavily skewed towards 70+ year olds, shouldn't even hit the newswire if you ask me. Being hysterical about it reveals reveals a lot more about the poster than anything else. I have no problem with them bring hysterical as long as they don't have a voice in any broad policy that's affecting everyone. But they do and that's a problem.

Still think that once election is over and this stimulus is out and behind, rules will be relaxed. Money supply has been stacked and it's time to reestablish velocity. Think of what you want, I still think inflation is what this crisis is being used for. The response so far doesn't fit the threat. Anyway, I believe entire narrative is going to change very soon. It takes just few articles in NYT or WaPo to start changing broad opinions.

I rather fear your famine will continue for some time. But I very much doubt you will diet alone. Current numbers suggest to me that it is a matter of time before they all close again. That, together with travel restrictions mean that the number of customers, and workers in FKKs is likely to diminish quickly. Sad, and I am disappointed, but of course far less of a worry or upsetting as the ill health and deaths of many which is far more serious and of greater concern.

I am afraid my intended upcoming next trip to Germany has been cancelled and I am off to sunnier climes to continue feeding the appetite. But I doubt even that can remain the case for much longer, in which case I may have to join you and others in only "chatting with likeminded people" - which was a perfect answer to my query about why those not intending to sate the appetite continue to frequent these forums.

I think (in responding to SaratogaX) it's not about being too kind. I fully understand people's views. Like Expat Lover and Nooky Ninja. And I respect them. What I don't like is when I get the impression that people are telling me what choices to make. When the law bans something I don't breach the rules. I don't count that as a choice. Its enforcement and I will obey. But if the rules say a club can remain open (legally) then if opt to attend (taking risks) a place where others have also (legally) elected to take those risks for themselves and every other person present (and nobody is forced to be there. Not punters or workers) then I should be able to freely make that choice even if others would not make the same choice.

Occasionally some of the opinions of those electing NOT to attend sound rather like sermons or lectures from teachers to pupils. I trust that is not what was intended.

Let's just hope that this dreadful scourge passes as quickly as it came, a successful vaccine is produced quickly such that we can all get back to doing what we love most in 2021. For certain, this has caused us all to refocus, consider what is important and what is not, and not take our lives for granted.

Quick Q to you and other mongers who have written their excellent reports in their visits since some clubs reopened. Have you had a chance to talk to your fav girls how they fared during the interim 5/6 months, what have they been up to, how are their finances, and what their long term plans are? Also, to the extent some girls came back and others have not, is it driven by a bigger need for immediate cash, or the information that clubs have opened has not reached all the girls yet, or did the club managements somehow decide which girls are invited back and who are not (because there are restrictions on how many people can be inside a club at the same time)?

I am intrigued by your remark that clubs may close. I don't deny that is an unfortunate possibility. If they do, I am wondering what will these girls do, what their plans are? Obviously, it depends on in what manner these clubs close again if they do and for how long -- but did you get the sense that girls were desperate and have had it, or they took it in their stride in the last 6 months, how is their mental state?

Obviously, some are escorting in DE and other places, so I imagine some of them are getting by better than others I presume.

Others said they remained and escorted in DE with no problems other than a lack of customers. I didn't get the impression of desperation. They are loving the new pricing system, the 20 for BBBJ being enforced by all. I think some girls will have genuinely just decided this was the push they needed to give up. As you know, many desire it but cannot resist the temptation of the cash. But lockdowns and restricted travel caused some (indeed my very favourite girl in Spain) to decide to turn their back on this industry and start to make a "proper" life. Even if that means returning to normal jobs.

I think the mental state is just one of pure worry. The only thing I sensed desperation about was keeping the clubs (and hence income stream) open. Many fear it will be the end of FKKs completely if there are full lockdowns or more closures.

I made the comment that clubs may well close (at least for a good period if not forever) because of a mix of factors: (1) enforced closures (e. G. Still all the Hessen clubs) and attendant loss of huge sums of money (2) willingness of punters to attend is clearly diminished (3) even if that is wrong. Numbers allowed in are now restricted (4) girls worrying about working / the virus etc. (5) sales of beers and alcohol being restricted or stopped. (6) whilst some punters are truly missing the experience, I've had messages from a couple of guys who say they knew they were sex addicts but forced deprivation has caused them to be able to stop and they won't start again. Good luck to them. But that doesn't help FKKs! (7) global travel restrictions and quarantine requirements.

All in all, a grim position for owners of these clubs. I'm sure they will still be fat on previous profits, but no business saved for these rainy days and the current increasing numbers, plus lack of a vaccine (none was ever found for SARS. Now 17 years ago) could mean lockdowns / openings with poor numbers / back to lockdowns and so on. All of that together I think means that owners of the businesses will think long and hard about continuing, or selling up land and facilities. Whilst in Harmony I went to Babylon. There were 4 girls in the entire club and not a single customer. It's huge with expensive fit out and screens. That lack of income (when it is not even closed) cannot continue without that business closing. I can see that being repeated elsewhere. When times finally get back to normal (but that could well be several years) entrepreneurs will come forward who want to still make money from the sex industry. But before that, I can see many FKK closures, and those politicians seeking total shut down will use that as a platform / impetus for attempting total shut downs.

I will be truly very sad if the FKK scene in DE disappears, but the oldest profession in the world will not. I had never heard of an FKK until I stumbled across its name in the main forum in 2013 and headed to Artemis first. I shall never forget that first night. Notwithstanding having mongered for many many years before all over the world, it was a one off. I hope it's still going to be there at the end of this but I suspect the numbers of clubs which survive will be far less than those which operated before covid.

EL: I already tried to explain why I am posting often, I like to practise daily my English writing, I am 60+ and 15 years back couldn't speak or write 1 world in English. Yes I am out of that addiction and when I want to have great sex, I am still in very good relation with 2 ex girls from the clubs (retired several years back), and several times a year we are meeting for a long weekend with all inclusive), nice time for me but also for them. That business will last a long time, some activities need washing machines even they don't money with the FKK.

Changing the topic here, with a quick info about the measurement of temperature at the entrance. The max allowed value is 37.4. I barely got in. Someone here already mentioned he was refused entrance. It's a possibility, so consider it before travelling a long way to visit the club.

I wish I didn't get in though, because in the morning the line up was not interesting for me, and the next shift of girls was supposed to arrive at 20:00. So I left without going to the room. If you plan to visit, avoid the morning.

I don t believe that the people you can meet in a FKK can create sincere relations. For me, it is a place for lies, most of the people are cheating to protect themselves, the girls use a pseudonym, the guys are telling stories about making the girls come so many times. Many times mongers socialise with me specially those from the US, but always keep my distances. I like the Americans but I am always surprised how most of them need to be reassure by the other experiences, many times I told them that when you come from so far it is really not a big deal to try a girl for 50 euro but they always want to get feedback from the others. They feel unsafe without that.
