1. i see aspen suites is on soi 2 sukhumvit. so it is very close to nana (which is on soi 4 - two blocks). soi cowboy is little further down. may be walkable if you are up for it during day time. night time you can take bts or motorcycle taxi. traffic on suk is bad all the time - regular taxi will take a long time.

2. depends on how good your gaydar is!!

3. rare to find **** girls in the usual pick up places. all thai adults have an id card. the trick is to figure out the thai calendar.

Agree with taking the BTS to Soi Cowboy if it is raining or hot, but it only operates until midnight; and after midnight the traffic situation is much better. But If I picked up a lady on Soi Cowboy and was taking her back to Soi 2 I would take a taxi anytime of the day. Otherwise it is a leisurely 20~ minute walk.
