As for PRCs, that's going to be a bit difficult. They would be wary of non-Chinese customers because of fear of the police. There might also be communication problems, unless you are one of those who went to a Chinese school. One way to get around this is to tag along with a Chinese buddy.

Hi Bro, this may sound a little racist but is the fact. First of all, there's many limitation on HC. The reason that I heard from majority WL is most indian man tend to be rough, bad attitude and also sometimes drunk. So "most" of the does not prefer doing business with indians.
Also some indians that are there could be law enforcer like policeman or CID (higher chances - not saying chinese and other race are not). Which most PRC will never take the business at all for being caught.
I brought an indian friend to holiday villa, first thing OKT says in chinese to me is your friend will have very little choices ... coz many don't take indian customers... PRC totally will not even available for indians in Holiday Villa ..
One of the best option for you to have the chance for MILF and any other is beach club. That's where I brought my indian friend to and got him an overnight Filippina girl for RM350.00 not inclusive room ...
Anyway, I may not be aware of some other HC's PRC accept indian customer so you can give a try exploring...

I don't think the girl in Citytel will go to your room even if you stay in Citytel. I have request for a few times but you can try.
