Does anyone know exactly how the condom requirement is written in the law? For example, would it be possible to cut off the tip of the condom?

Would it be possible to pretend to wear a severed seat belt or pretend it got unstuck in order to avert a fine?
Which places strictly enforce the CBJ law in NRW? From reading through this thread, the only one I've seen mentioned is Aca in Velbert (sadly, this used to be my favourite place).
Also, stupid question, but is BBBJ still the norm in YY as it is not in Germany?
Thanks.
For example, would it be possible to cut off the tip of the condom?
It is indeed *possible* to cut off the tip of the condom, but this would not remove one from the purview of the law. Sorry. Please try again.

Has anyone seen any kind of police presence for enforcement?
No. Because this is an unenforcible law, and most of the politicians probably didn't expect it to be enforced. It's a public posture for politicians, and the only people who will know first hand it's bogus will be the guys who want it to be bogus so they can enjoy BB services.

Thanks.
New German law is not for NL nor Austria or Switzerland. YY is still BBBJ, like most of clubs in Germany.
But the problem is not whether or not you would have to pay a fine the issue is you would have to go to court. Imagine a 1 day trip to Germany and you are stuck there for how long waiting for your court date. Likely isn't going to fly too well for many employers and wives waiting for your return.
It's real tough. After the court date, you head out to the FKK and get another BBBJ.
Tourism decreasing in Germany already. Airberlin just filed for bankruptcy probably due to less hobbyists flying to Germany from now on.
If this is a joke, it is not funny. If it is not, it is pathetic.
How is the seatbelt requirement written in the highway code? Would it be possible to pretend to wear a severed seat belt or pretend it got unstuck in order to avert a fine?
Good comparison. Obviously, in both cases, one is guilty.
How is the seatbelt requirement written in the highway code? Would it be possible to pretend to wear a severed seat belt or pretend it got unstuck in order to avert a fine?
Assalam XXL. A lot of guys fantasize about doing 200 mph down the Autobahn while sniffing coke and being sucked off at the same time, but not many ladies will do that without being paid -- which now means having to wear a condom to avoid the risk factor.
But what if you "forget" the rubber, and then the seatbelt snaps off at the moment of orgasm, and a police car pulls you over? God forbid that ever happens to anybody on the forum, but it seems like an easy trap to fall into, so it would be nice to know how best to defend yourself in that situation: (a) accept a seatbelt fine, however unfair, or (b) say you WERE wearing a seatbelt and explain about the BBBJ, in which case you get zinged with *that* fine, or (c) always keep a soiled condom in your glove compartment that you can claim just slipped off you if questioned, or (d) ??

How and where do we expect to hear about any fines, violations? You would not expect it to splash on headline news on global TV when a guy gets booked, do we? It is bound to be low key news, and unknown to most people and known only to the guy booked if that ever happens -- unless it happens in front of other audience in a big club and then reported in a forum like this.

It always helps to give a snippy condescending answer when having no fucking clue how to answer it...
