There are two more reasons.

1. Younger ones with a hole in pocket keep calling SP's, out of curiosity and thinking they may get a female voice to have fun against low call rates, creating an artificial inflation showing high demand, though even they know most of them would not appear. See, I have called a number some where and I was quoted once 4k and 8k the very next day when I wish to confirm, for the same chick.

2. High LE activities are further adding fuel to fire. They both (SP and Indy) charge for their courage to serve us, as we too are made to fear about LE, even Lodge people to take a dip in running Ganga, going high rates in turn. I have paid as much as 1500 night with thanks to lodge manager for a room against normal 500 INR for 24 hrs.

Seniors are requested to suggest ways to reduce charges to play us long.

Thanks fellow mongers for posting on this board, for me, a newbie in Mumbai, it was very helpful. This is my first experience in Mumbai. I got off at Grant road station and stated walking since no taxi was around, I asked people on the road and everybody seem to know where Congress house was. I was there around 12 noon and did see any activity so asked a guy on the corner. He knew what I was looking for; he said cost would be 3k. I laughed and started to walk, immediately his quote went down to 1.2k. The area did not looked good and I remembered that someone on this board recommended not go to CS. I knew NL was nearby and asked people where Harkishandas hospital was, I was able to walk there in few minutes. Found NL and started walk on NL not knowing what I am going to find. A fellow in one of the raw houses signal me to go over. I went in, saw a lineup of 4-5 girls, I picked one. The priced quoted was 2.5k, I bargained that down to 1.75 (+200 tips and room service) spent about an hour and came out smiling. Without this board it would have been difficult to find this place.

Looks like there are several fellow members do not know what NL stands for. I was too but someone on the board cleared it up. NL stands for Newalkar Lane, it is near Grant Road and Churni Road station where you can find some action with a reasonable damage.

MP opposite the Andheri Infinity mall is good. Had a great time there. The ladies went extra mile to be helpful. However I have only tried one.
