I am a man I do not worry about any group looking bad so I can look better. I do not go to the dr hoping that I can meet people that will talk bad about another group. I am to busy being a man hooking up with pretty girls.

Recently spent six nights in Sosua, but presently too damn tired and still trying to gather up enough brain cells to put together a comprehendible trip report. However, I did get a chance to sort through the 700+ pictures. Here are the shot pictures. Trip reports to follow.

Alwayshorney cannot be considered a racist do to the fact that the African American community does not hold an economic stronghold to be considered as such. I'm African American, and I can assure you that I don't wear my pants down to my ankles, so please don't generalize people like me, as hip-hoppers, or whatever. If it makes you feel better to call us "hip-hoppers" then do so. I would suggest that you travel elsewhere if it bothers to see us down in the D. R, it's just that simple. I'm not sure how old you are, but I'm 36 years old, and it saddens me to see someone in this day in age to make such comments. I'm happy that it makes you feel good to know that the good people in the DR are laughing at us, which I highly doubt, but I assure you that will not stop me from going there to have a good time with my pants up.

One night, not sure which one, I was hanging out with Juan in the outer bar at Latino, now called Gran Velero. There is one of the hottest, sweetest, bartenders that is still working there. She tends my make my old heart beat a bit faster whenever she is around. Anyhow, there was this pretty women wearing school girl glasses that was sitting not far from us. I looked over, smiled and said,"Hola." And with that prompting, she got up and came over. Juan moved over and she sat between us.

She started out very friendly. I did a shot off of her tits, and she was fine with me playing with the goodies right there at the bar. Then she decided to put a couple of serious lip locks on me, which was fun as well. When she finished her beer, she looked at me dead in the eyes and said,"Vamos del hotel." I politely said,"No gracias." The chica got pissed! She said that because we were kissing, and I was playing with the goodies, I was obligated to take her to the hotel room. And believe it or not, I picked up at least half of what she was saying.

Juan pulled his coolest move of the week. He slowly slid his hand over, grabbed her empty beer bottle, and slid it out of her reach. Then she demanded a propina! Once I saw the beer bottle was clear, I told Juan,"I got this [email]bi@ch.[/email]" I went off on her like she was a red headed stepchild! And I said half of it in Spanish, which surprised my dumb ass as well. All that being said, we kept an eye out for her for the rest of my stay. Picture is included; shoppers beware.

I do not know the precedents of Zedman (and to me, he could have been a lot more circumspect using the vocab he did) but I agree to his view point that the President is not black but is of mixed race. Just like Tiger Woods said he rightly is. The only difference is a politician needs the votes and peddles whatever sells. I also did not know of the origin of low hung pants which was interesting learning including the contribution of Revere about the belt part.

As far as hip hop is concerned, I could not care less for it music wise, TO ME, has only one beat and the lyrics have no poetry that I can discern but I can live with it. Fortunately, I also do not care to be hip or cool any longer.

The point I am trying to make in a very long winded way, and thanks for your patience if you still are with me, is that if we consider this to be a free country, everyone has a voice and that must not be stifled whether you like it or not. Unfortunately, often times, I find people here react rather aggressively even for a perceived slight - be it of today or of a century ago while just plain ignoring would do equally well but the game and blame of useless insults lies squarely on all sides, IMHO.
