Completely nude? Not many, but there are a few. On Cowboy, Dollhouse and Suzie Wong's. Rawhide has it too, although the girls usually cover their pussies with their hands. You can also try the slightly cheaper S23 next door (same complex). Haven't been there in a few months but they used to have some high-quality girls. Arrived in BKK at the middle of the day. Tried the city line which is quite convenient, only took me around 20 minutes from BKK airport to the Makkasan Station, and the cost is only B15.
