My final crackdown report
Reading further into the current crackdown I also realized that the police are particularly focused on establishments that employ immigrants. This seems to be because the prosecutors office is able to show that the Korean management conspired to traffic women and conceal income. Law enforcement is seeking to use advertisements and phone records as proof of intent which is why some businesses no longer communicate through text.
If you happen to know whether the crackdown is also impacting OPs and Anmas where Korean women work, I would love to know.
While searching for articles about the crackdown I also stumbled across this gem. It's about how the law allowed for the proliferation of Kiss rooms for a short period of time. It shows the cat and mouse games that are played between business owners and government. Interesting stuff, but not particularly current.

Trying out a new Hyugetel. Disappointing results
Was at home sending out messages to see which Hyugetels would bite, when one called back. Mind you, the shop didn't reply with a text, but instead suddenly called.
This scared the hell out of me because my wife was in the living room.
Of course I hung up without answering, but he called again at which point I had to sneak out of my apartment to take the call and tell the guy that my family was home. Thankfully, I didn't get caught, but I was reminded how risky this hobby can be.
After telling him why I had texted, I learned that he was willing to do business, but that he required all customers to call. I tried to book an early reservation, but he couldn't fit me in within the hour. I would have loved to take a later appointment, but I couldn't think of a good enough excuse to get away from my wife for that particular period of time. It was too close to dinner, too unlikely that I would need to suddenly meet a friend, and too strange a period of time to "go for a walk."
Anyway, I asked whether I could call back the next day and he said I could contact him anytime after 1:00 pm.
I tried to book by text message the next day (I assumed that the initial call was only necessary to prove that I wasn't a scammer), but he didn't reply to my text and so I called. He was absolutely serious when he mentioned that he would only communicate over a call.
On the phone I requested the A course plus optional CIP. After this was arranged I was told me where to go. I asked whether he could text me the address, but he remained insistent on the no texting policy. Regardless, he was nice and repeated the address several times until I could repeat it back to him.
Knowing the address, I searched it on maps and found the destination. A few hours later I arrived and called to request for the final piece of the puzzle: the room number. This is where I received an unpleasant surprise. I was told that the Hyugetel had suddenly closed for the evening. Surprisingly, it wasn't closed specifically to me, but had temporarily closed to all customers because of the police crackdown. I understand that these things happen, but I was pissed because I had used up a perfectly believable lie with my wife in order to block out some free time.
Anyway, the recent crackdown by the police sucks. Let's hope this madness dies down and quietly returns to normal.
The very next day, I called back to check in again. He said he was open, so I made another reservation and tried to think of a believable lie to tell my wife. Lie in hand, I committed to the reservation and when the time arrived, I crossed my fingers for good luck and called to request the room number.
Finally, everything worked out. Unfortunately, the woman did not look like she did in her pictures. She was identifiably the same woman, but the petite woman in the advertisement with a cute face turned out to be an overweight lady with a still somewhat cute but much chubbier face. And yet, at this point I was both too horny and too committed to walk away.
There was no turning back and so I did the deed, had some fun, and left. Despite her looks, I give her an A for effort. She took a cumshot like a champ and even let me watch it drip out of her.
I guess I had gotten lucky on my previous visits to Hyugetels because all the women I had seen up until this encounter were the spitting image of their advertised photos. Now I know to be more careful, and now I know that some Hyugetels use very heavily edited photos and that they on occasion grossly underestimate the weight of women and also exaggerate the size of their breasts.
Will I visit again. Not with the particular woman I met. She was quite literally the ugliest woman I've ever encountered in a Hyugetel and therefore the most disappointing fuck I've had in a long time. However, if this place starts to offer truly attractive women (which they now appear to be doing), and if I scrutinize the photos more carefully for telltale signs of image manipulation, I'll call again and give it one more shot.
Dongducheon Central Station RLD
It was a Saturday and I saw around 30 40 women all together in 3/4 different.
Blocks. But on a Sunday that number significantly reduced. Have no idea how weekdays' turn out is.
Main customer base were factory workers from SE Asian countries like Sri Lanka and a few black guys as well. Foreigners are welcome but NOT all windows, a few fine girls didn't bother with foreigners according to my observation (May be depends on the Nationality of foreigner) but all in all, there was a variety of choices a foreigner could choose from too and some of them are fine as well. Mainly the Damage is 50,000 for 15 min, but with an extra fee you could negotiate extra time. Koreans pay around 7 80,000 for the same. Some fine girls would charge the same 7 80 K range to a foreigner as well.
Well, it's not the OP hot girls, but if you happen to be near / around the area, it's always good to choose by myself beforehand instead of being surprised inside some room after payment.
I'm guessing you speak Korean
I looked through some old posts to check if this answer was there. But do you speak in Korean to them or English. I guess I'm going to have to really hit the books to get the most out of Korea. So far I've had two success and one dud with kiss bangs and Kakao massages. But I would like to explore more options. I'm going to be staying in Seoul soon. So I'm going to try an outcall. I found a hustle girl on Tinder and she quoted 300,000. I wasn't sure as her picture was heavily edited. So I gave it a miss. This forum has been extremely helpful though.
