Some are addicted to the hunt in the clubs, the adrenaline rush that comes with seeing line ups, negotiating rates, and not having the pressure and responsibilities that comes with having a relationship. Be it inside or outside the bed. Just cum and leave.

Some do it simply because they are not rich or attractive enough to get sex without mongering.

Some even do it because they married the traditional wives with whom they can't follow their kinks. And they have lost the attraction over the years especially after their woman gives birth or gets into their 40's.

But slowly mongering messes with the wiring of your brain as you go down this rabbit hole. The dopamine is similar to any other addiction. Once your brains experience a certain kind of dopamine spike whether it's smoking, alcohol, weed, coca, mongering, porn, caffeine or anything similar. Its difficult to get back.

To get rid of any dopamine addiction is hard. You need sacrifice, rewiring of your brain through channeling dopamine via alternate sources. It can be physical workouts, cold showers, running, meditation, disciplined schedule every single day. Finding cooking, trekking, sports, art to keep yourself occupied. Finding a stable partner or rekindling that relationship with your wife. But it today's rat race and corporate grind, all this is easier said than done.

I can guarantee that 50% of mongers here who are not getting girls in regular life will start getting them if they decide to transform themselves physically and mentally. I know first hand how your confidence and appearance can change by hitting the gym and eating right.

Today I am clean 3 yrs. I have been able to quit weed, mongering, and almost reduced smoking and porn by 80%. I still get those hard ONS imagining my mongering stories, or feel the need to get back to old days, its a fight everyday.

I now have a long distance girlfriend with whom I plan to get married in near future. She knows about my past habits and is willing to forgive me as long as I mend my ways. Honestly it's extremely hard to find such woman nowadays. Right amount of submissive, right amount of independent. A perfect blend of traditional and modern day woman. Who is not plagued with radical feminist views and indulge in constant men bashing. It's a sick dating culture nowadays. 80-20 rule is a fact. But if you attract with the right mindset, the universe answers. If you're unable to find an Indian girl, then travel. You will realize that women from other cultures are also worth dating. Whether it's Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia you can find a relationship anywhere provided you also upgrade yourself in some ways.

That's my 2 cents only for those who wish to quit. Not a gyaan post for people who are having a good life with this hobby already and are not seeking a change. But I know for a fact that many of you are seeking a change but unable to.

Bro, although ethically I agree and I am a regular visitor to spa but sometimes I do feel that if a girl is greedy and does FS with 4-5 guys in a day then her hygiene will be suspect.

For such reasons, my take is that a semipro indie is better, at least she will do only one or two guys in a day and keep herself somewhat fresh.
