I just returned from another night in Macau this morning and visited the Fortuna Hotel sauna. I've been there a few times before and always enjoyed at least good service. Last night I particularly wanted a girl with a nice ass, mainly because many of the girls there are very skinny or petite. So I was in Macau last week and able to answer my own question. Yes, the Russian girls at Supreme Sauna are mostly there. I tried 503 and although she wasn't quite as cute as her photo on the website would indicate, she was cute, and very nice tan. She is not fat, but she has a JLo ass which some guys really like (but I don't). She also was really friendly and had a great attitude.

I also tried the New Century Hotel/Casino sauna in Taipa which many of you many know advertises extensively on the buses scooting around Macau. The place is quite interesting (lots of large statues of Greek gods). The sauna had 3-4 Russian girls but not as attractive as the ones at the Macau saunas.

You don't have to sneak any money in. Leave it all in your locker. However, you can tip the girl by just requesting it added to your bill. When you get a washdown at Supreme, you initial an invoice showing the charge. Same when exiting the washroom, tip $20. Same after the manacure, or pedicure, or ear cleaning (usually $98). Same when tipping, if you want.

You did score on a good deal with the 90 minute massage by adding a $50 room fee a-la-carte. It's all inclusive starting from the $898 rate for Chinese, however. Singapore girls cost more. I go with Chinese girls at Supreme and they let me add an extra girl for $300. But only 60 minutes for Chinese.
