I visited recently an interesting dance club situated on the ring road (enter the ring road at Balaju, go towards Maharajganj, on the left side; cant be missed). Girls are pretty, they go fully naked on the stage, dance with boys. Its possible to have your beer with girls next to you nagging for drinks and snacks. The place seems very popular. When I went there for the second time (it was Nepali New Year) a long queue of men was waiting outside.

i just returned a week ago from kathmandu.
the easiest way to find some action are the massage parlors in the thamel area.
you will see lots of signs for massage parlors in the tourist area of thamel.
most of the places aren't that clean and you need to search for some nice girls but it is possible for a reasonable price.
massage cost around 1000 npr (nepalese rupees) and for hj or fs you pay another 300 till 1000 npr.

I have been to the Malla Hotel several times. It is for KTM stadart a very good hotel and located just outsideThamel area. All you can do in walking distance. However the hotel has no action at all. Forget it. KTM is not the place for mongering anyway. Find massage places in thamel area, get a got massage followed by a HJ. That is the best you can obtain.

Had a KTV kinda exerience in Thanel last night. Was walking arnd and ended up going to this Dance Bar called Thamel Dance Bar, on the first floor of a dilapilated building.

Couple of cuties there, they asked for juice I figured how much would a juice cost, you have to believe this each tetrapack of jusice was 800 nep rs. Ended up with a huge bill, of which half I did not even know was ordered.

Well guys be very careful, of who you buy drinks for in one of these dance bars. Am in kathmandu at the moment, will be nice to have some mongering company. Atleast one can stop the other from getting carried away.

Been to this nightclub/bar Fire Club, in Thamel a couple of times and there seems to be a scene here, with single girls coming there in groups of 2-3 and hanging arnd at the bar. Haven't tried asking them, but intend to today.

Will keep you guys posted if anything happens.

I visited Nepal in the spring, and my curiosity about the Kathmandu dance bars led me to an internet search that brought me to ISG. So naturally I have a warm spot in my heart for Kathmandu and Nepal.

From my experiences at the several I visited, I can say that the aforementioned Kathmandu dance bars really vary in quality. I recommend two in a building just south of the Hotel Utse on Jyatha Thamel Street in Thamel. These were the only places where I saw the girls dancing topless (at times), and the simulated sex dancing was pretty hot. A couple of other places (including one in Pokhara) had very attractive girls, but no nudity. Some of the other places in Kathmandu bored me with their lousy dancing and subpar dancers – it’s just a matter of exploring, and it won’t cost you much to shop around (a couple of dollars for a drink, just avoid buying them for the girls).

The dance bars and all the erotic sculpture in Nepal got me interested in getting closer to the Nepalese women. Some post-trekking soreness provided a good excuse for checking out the massage parlors. Note that they do close somewhat early, so late afternoons or early evenings are the best times to visit. The first I tried was, I believe, on J. P. School Road in Thamel, in a shopping-mall type building with a dance bar in the basement and a music instrument store on the ground floor. The MP (apologies for forgetting the name) was one flight up. After reviewing the menu at the front desk (massage was the equivalent of $20, I think), I went back to one of the rooms (which were decent with locking doors) with a 22 year old Nepalese girl with classical Indian features (and a little nose stud). She said that she came from around Pokhara and was from the Brahma ethnic group/caste. She spoke passable English so we were able to chat a bit as she massaged my back. As has been reported in the past, Nepal is not a great mongrting destination. while in Nepal I was in Pokhara, Kdu and Chitwan nature preserve and the best to be had was a HJ (which is ok with me). I have a feeling that if I were able to spend a month there and frequent the places it would be different but as most who travel there I was only able to stay for a week.
I checked out more than 10 places that offered massage in both Kdu and Pokhara and 50% said they would provide a HJ for and extra 500-600 rupies (10 bucks US).
Most of the places were dirty and cramped (like china bbs's) and had one or two older not so pretty women with only a couple having cute girls. Most asked 1000 rupies for an hour massage upfront.
Thamel seemed to be set up as the best place to find FS but I could not close the deal (maybe because I am tooooooo cheap)
Anyone planning to go there in the near future I would suggest that you get a tour package with transportation included as transportation strikes are common now. There will be an election in October and many affluent locals are planning to leave town/the country. There were many road blocks when I was there and I have heard that there is going to be a lot of trouble before and after the election, so travelers beware.
