When there is an extra charge for Franzosisch Total (FT), is this per session or each time I come?
For example,
Oase, Burgholzhausen, just outside Frankfurt
Eintritt: 65
30 min: 50
60 min: 100
FT 50 ; Anal 100
If I get a girl for 60 minutes, have sex and come in her mouth (FT) twice, what is the cost, 150 euros or 200 euros?

Burnmax- There is always some room for dispute here. Personally I have always found that if there is more than one FT or anal episode in a session this is covered by the single supplement (50E in the case of FT at the Rhein clubs). So an hour with FTx2 would in my experience be 150E. The ethos of FKK is that you pay for time not for number of "Entspannung" which seems to be a euphemism for orgasms.
But I know there have been disagreements about this - I think a member reported being charged double at Oase.
"Officially" all "extras" like FT and anal are charged "by case". So, 1 hour including 2*FT would be 200 .
Anything else is a matter of sympathy or competition or whatever.

I just also answered your PM, but since this may be of a bit more general interest than just yours, here is the answer I gave you for everybody to read:

The penis is no more a carrier of infection or disease than other parts of your body. You have more chance of transfering disease by shaking hands than shaking penises :-). The fluids are another story though. STDs do not transfer by touching skin (except maybe for herpes, but it would not transfer by dick->hand->dick).
Read up on the literature of STDs and stuff like that. That is what I did before starting enjoying the perks of FKKs. I am making my own risk calculations and I am cool with it, but I would never be afraid of catching something by touching.
