Looks ARE subjective, as LimaBusy notes, so I can only speak to my perceptions. I am NOT into white skinned blondes or what many Americans would consider model types. I like Morenas (Brown), bajitas (short) and I especially like a solid pair of non saggy boobs and a curvy culito (ass).
Colombianas are still tops in my book, make no mistake. However, based on what I have seen/heard I believe Venezuelanas are equal in looks (but inferior in attitude). Ecuador is WAY behind the curve, with Peru not far being Colombia. The best girls in Peru seem to come from the Eastern portion (the Amazon).

It is engranded in them and the plastic might not be so much to hurt as to STROKE your ego but they are plastic.
They look to complement even if they do not have anything to say. It is not just a sex con thing it is a culture thing. When I visit my family in Brazil (Bello Horizante) I visit their friends and associates and I have heard them go out of their way to complement something in the houses they visit and once out they so how horrible it was.
Brizilians on a hole are decent people but when it comes to the trust factor I would trust a Colombian first.

Honestly, this can be true for the "upper echelon" (economically speaking) chicas ... they can be arrogant.
However, the same can be said of the "upper echelon" Colombianas tambien.
Truth is ... I've traveled for years to both Maracaibo and Caracas, as well as all over Colombia ... trust me amigo ... the chicas de Venezuela are sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!

Good waves in winter too. Caracas sounds the least friendly for chicas. Secondary cities sound like the call as everybody says the chicas are much friendlier (foreigners are more of a novelty so it makes sense. ) Valencia and Merida are both mentioned in positive ways.

For those who are looking for students
First at all, you need to know some spanish words to get in contact with them.
In the south of Cali there is a university called universidad de la valle (Univalle). Every taximan knows that place. You can take also public bus, many of them stop close to the entrance (n°7,9 blanco negro...) .
The university is in front of Unicentro BY la pasochancho. You can go inside, there are watchmen in front of the gate, but don't stop go directly inside as you are working/studying there.
But if you look like a gringo ,wearing a flashy yellow t-shirt written Colombia, is better to have some good reasons (say that you are a teacher from USA coming to see a friend working in physical department!)
After that, is like you are in heaven, with plenty of young girls working in the campus.
The good place is the CAI ( a sort of canteen), have a meal or juice and look for your partner.Don't be shy and talk to them, as soon they will know you are a foreigner, you will have good chance.Most of the girls will have cellular, so take the number and call them later.
You can meet people who are selling "minutos" for calling cellulars. It's the cheaper place. 100 pesos for Ola and 300 pesos for the others networks.
And if you cannot find a girl there , go to Unicentro. You can find an office to put an ad (classificados) in a newspaper.
