There is no escaping that small percentage of little internet pencil dicks that think they will be rewarded for snitching on a brother. It's pathetic. I don't like obscuring faces though. It defeats the purpose of posting pictures. One solution, although not fool proof, is to post pics, but not divulge the name of the bar or the girl's name. This method decreases the odds of a match up, but does not eliminate it. Outing all pencil dicks and permanent expulsion from the forum should be the minimum penalty these guys should have to pay.

It pops up every year or so as a story. Police have already derided it as a joke. I first was warned about it in 1996 when I came here on a 3 month work assignment, and I have seen it come up on slow news days every year since 1997 when I moved to Manila.

It might be effective if the driver stops his car and physically assaults or robs the victim by putting a towel over her nose and mouth, but any air-borne anaesthetic cannot be administered in sufficient concentrations in a taxi cab without the passenger being (a) very aware of it and (be) without the driver being seriously affected too unless he wears a full-face gas mask (which might cause a passenger to become suspicious.

Funny how it always happens to young women; never baklas (gays) , men etc.
