So many of her clients came to me. I m kind of white wolf for average girls at Sharks, but I always had the classiest who didn't upsell me, so no problem, I'm not interested by average girls.
You also have to know some guys like to tell to girls what you write, I had to show my writings to Megan or Kate GT, to show them the truth, versus some guys bullshit. Some guys even change the meaning of writings and send to girls. Jealousy land, but smart girls are able to understand where is the truth, Kate refusing now to go with some bullshit guys, when we celebrated our 3 years, faith from a bad guy with one of the busiest girl in Germany.

Or maybe they just come out untranslated in the translation and the girls by now know exactly what they mean. Still, I'm sure that the sexual language used here is not something Google Translate handles best.

Thank you very much. I did lipid / cholesterol profile every year and in past May my profile was: LDL: 2. 0, HDL:1. 84 and total cholesterol: 4. 0. I would like to mention two points for why my LDL was so low:
1. I take 30 gram Psyllium Husk powder daily.
2. My dietary fat source is almost entirely from extra virgin olive oil, so essentially I don't consume any animal fat. I only eat 2 eggs a week.
In terms of definition of addiction, I guess we disagree with each other LOL and have to let the readers decide what to take from our points of view.

When you have a club where 30-40 percent is stammgaste, they will typically mongers will say Hello, to each other or are cordial, and they talk about the WGs. One regular may not directly speak with every other regular in the club, but via mutual connections, a FOTB WG's service reputation will circulate fast. I suspect, that's why you said "sexy body topless Alina" won't last at LR. At Hessen touristic clubs, upselling is much easier to get away with because (1) WGs get lost in the shuffle because there are so many WGs to inventory and track and (2) percentage wise fewer stammgaste.
At smaller clubs especially like Babylon, LR, Luder Lounge, you are absolutely correct. In fact at Babylon, sometimes a non-known face would feel like an outsider. The few times I have been at Babylon, the receptionist shook my hand. But every other guest got a huge hug and kiss. LR at certain times and certain days only has about 25 guests. Three of them are there nearly every time I have been there (burly guy, two lawyers). And if you are there that day, we are already at 25 percent, haha. So what is the ratio at LR, consistently 50-60 percent frequent flyers?
ACA, Samya, YY seem to have similar ratios, addict-monger to social monger ratio. I would say these three clubs are closer to Hessen touristic then LR, Babylon, Luder Lounge.

It would be great to have some statistics. I am local to most of my clubs (YY, GT, Oceans, Magnum, Duisburg RLD, Salome) and I go 1-2 per week in a club.
But I would think, that most folks are going into the clubs on a more 5-10 per year basis. But like McA says in his second post, it may vary by club.

I think I have been successful because I exercise and I avoid sugar and simple carbs like bread and pasta and anything with wheat and flour. So I may not be in keto or get knocked out of it. No problem. I still am not eating all the crap I used to eat and this recent trip to Europe as well as my trip in August to Brazil, I came back with about 1. 5 lbs of weight loss. I am following the diet as much as possible but I am not a fanatic.

As far as the definition of addiction, it's not a matter of opinion, addiction is currently clinically equally defined by the consequences as well as the the action, perhaps even more so by the consequences.
Sex addiction specifically has 2 criteria:
1. Recurrent failure to control the behavior.
2. Continuation of the behavior despite significant harmful consequences.
If that social hobbyist continues to attend the clubs once a month with risk of divorce if his wife finds out, he's a sex addict.

Even the Italian slang words translated into 'rocket' etc, is easily understandable.

The topic regarding girls reading the forum is a tricky one.
Due to this, some posters fake their entry dates. Others wait a few months with reporting. Many girls try to use their sources in trying to find out who's who on the forum. A few have figured me out as well. At some clubs it seems like reading ISG is more popular than at other clubs. I guess it comes down to how much we write about their club in particular.
Out of boredom I believe many girls enjoy reading our reviews about their club and the girls there. Also one can say all news is good news, as it does at least bring up the clubs on the daily agenda the more one writes about a particular club. This 'hype-factor' shows that there are interest on a club or a girl, and interest is a matter of life or death in any marketplace. If you look at a very busy marketplace such as Ali-express (the Chinese e-market is more evolved than the american due to competition and population), you notice how much emphasis the sellers put on feedback. It feels almost like they pay you to even place a score on their shop and the item they sent you. To an extreme degree. I have shopped a lot at ali-express and the shop owners spam me regarding feedback constantly on every minor detail. Because they know the importance of word of mouth and reviews. And no review is almost as bad as a very negative review. On a scale from 1-10 regarding negative-positive, no review equates to around a 3. And if they don't get a high score (4 or 5 stars out of 5), they may just give you a discount coupon if they see your point.
I don't think the FKK scene will ever get this evolved in terms of perfect competition (GT does give out a 5 e discount coupon if you are unhappy though). Especially due to personal traits and connections with the girls, but with internet being so extremely important these days in all parts of life, the road is headed towards the state of ali-express, the worlds most evolved perfectly competitive marketplace for b2 c.
One issue that comes up in this regard on forums such as this, is weather or not people write positively only because they know a girl or a club reads it. And when they know who you are. This is where trust comes in. Write 100% negative on something, or 100% positive on another thing, and chances are 100% that you are 100% full of crap. Every review has positives AND negatives. Avoid one of these, and your bullshit factor skyrockets. Even Dietzenbach has positives, and even Macau back in 1998 had negatives (If I had only been there, I bet I would have found some).

" The reason keto physiologically works for weight loss is the suppression of an insulin response. If you are doing a soft keto, yes you are seeing weight loss because you cut carbs, but it is the worst cardiac diet ever. All that fat consumption and protein consumption together while still illicit an insulin response will over time cause vessel damage leading to a coronary event. Unless by keto, you just mean low carb and high protein without the high fat intake. And that is basically just Atkins.
