I will go back to Kiev next week, this will be my 3rd trip in Ukraine. I know already Rio, DLux, Buddha bar, Avalon and their WGs, they are no cheap, and most of them not that hot. When you wrote "the cheaper the better" it gave me to understand that you are looking for P4P (pay for play) Working Girls. But when you wrote "easy scoring" "with relatively nice. Girls" it sounds like you could be talking about trying to meet nice regular girls. So the first thing you should do is make your question clearer as to what you are looking for.

But assuming you are looking for girls who will accept money for sex, I would advise you as follows:

When you wrote "A relatively easy scene so I don't waste a lot of time on disappointment", it causes me to advise you to put Romania and Bulgaria (which have poorly developed escort scenes compared to Ukraine and Poland) at the bottom of your list, and to prefer Ukraine, and then Poland.

I would also recommend for you to put the FKK clubs of Germany at the top of your list. At the FKK's in Germany you can meet many Romanian and Bulgarian girls who are very beautiful and will give you very good service, with none of the treachery and deception rampant in the escort scene in Bucharest. And I cannot imagine an easier "scene" than that which exists in an FKK club, plus it is an environment where you can see what the girls look like before choosing, so it is easier to get a nice looking girl compared to situations where you can't see the girl in advance because you are calling an escort based on Internet website pictures which are usually fake, both in Ukraine and Poland.

Some important comments / concerns I can add to what LJ has written is that you should also consider the non-mongering costs. It is relatively expensive to stay in Germany with food and hotels. It seems that way in Kiev, as well. Staying in Bulgaria is pretty cheap, and Romainia is cheap outside of Bucharest, and Bucharest is still cheaper than any part of Germany that I have been to. I do like the easyness of the FKK scene and everything LJ says is true. He does not mention the entrance fee and that will cost you 60-80 Euro just to get into most clubs and a minimum of 50 Euro for 30 minutes of sex. There are many other advantages to the FKK scene but price is not necessarily one of them depending on your mongering style. I have spent 500 Euro in one day fucking 3-5 different hot girls over a 14 hour period. It can be fun but pricey.

I also enjoy Budapest a lot better than Bucharest. Prices are good, easy mongering scene, opportunities for freebies, and a beautiful city.

If you really want cheap and you like Asian girls, try Angeles City in the Philippines. You can get a hotel, food, beer, and a girl all night, every night for an average of 100 a day if you budget right.
