Depending on the location of where your apartment is located determines what is being charged per unit to the owners. Like every owner they tack on their charges to you. Out where I am D. S. Local area I pay 5 baht a unit then I charge the tenant 10 baht. Like you I'm Mr. Clean but not clean enough to get upset over a girl putting her dirty feet on my satin sheets LOL, but if you look around you furniture there is always dust on table top etc. Even when you just clean a few days ago. I too noticed dust in my A / C although I seldom use it and when I do it is set at 27 and that is cold to me. My fan I cleaned once every 2 weeks and you should see have dirty that is?

I was offered a condo very close to Bangkok Pattaya hospital. When looking at the map it seems to be in the north, I have never seen that hospital but I think it is close to the North Pattaya road. Close to the bus station? Price was 8000 baht per month. What do you think about the location? Is it too far from the action? Is it easy to move along the north road to the beach and central Pattaya? I was planning to stay 2-4 weeks only but still any hotel would become a lot more expensive I think.

You can walk, but Baht bus will come by down the street to BR and walking street for 10 B.

This Condo most likely is the Lumpini Park development?
Couldn't be a worse location unless you like to do lots of walking and transfering from one baht bus to another. And if you take the motorbike taxi to the the areas you noted would outweigh the savings? And if you have to be that far away because of your budget you might want to reconsider? This location most likely will ruin your whole trip?

I have only posted on here a handful of times so please bear with me. Been coming to Thailand for the past 5 years and usually stick to massage places and go-go's.
