Well, unless you look Asian... if not you will have to pay. BUT since the girl usually gets 100% of the Surcharge (500thb) then there is no need to tip her after the session.
I never tip the girls when I am charged the Farang Surcharge. It usually work out the same.

This weekend is the King's birthday. Birthday Dec 5, and observed Dec. 6. So no drinking. :) Lot of people taking this long weekend (Dec 3-6) off. Dec 10 is Constitution Day.

Next week on the 10th is the 60th anniversary of the King's ascension to the throne ... maybe no alcohol again ... and maybe there are elections too ... TIT.
I am planning a trip to Bangkok. I was wondering if anyone can tell me how much money I should take?
Expected expenses include:
7 days at nana hotel
Food
Transportation
Bar fines
Drinks
Whatever fee the bar girl gets for sex, I want least would like to partake in at least 1 a day. From what I have read this anywhere between 1000-2000 is that right?
Advice appreciated, Did I forget any expenses?
Off course the airfare is handled already

The no sell alcohol policy has very little effect. I was eating around sukhumvit and when I ordered beer with the food I was told that I could step down from the window seat and eat there and beer was brought in glasses (no bottles around). I think it is the same thing in NEP and Cowboy. Stores have signs that they cant sell alcohol, I didnt try myself but one guy just grabbed a few Heinekens at the 7Eleven and paid them normally at the cashier so no effect.
During my 2 nights I ended barfining 2 different girls from the bar directly across Shebas in Cowboy. 1st night BFd young looking slim girl who was actually 29 then the next night switched to a 19yo. Dont remember the name of the bar. Some (maybe 1, barely 2) girls very hot there but the rest just usual, but I still liked fucking them. Ended up one night at this "loy kratong" party (anyone know what it is?) where I took a taxi like with 5 bargirls after a short time with my girl I wanted to accompany her there and she met her friends I saw earlier at that bar (we all were drunk) to some place far near Rama8 and there people and I too lit up those things and let them fly into the sky and also put those things with candles onto the water. Seemed like I was the only farang there at 2 am :)
Then came to the hotel to sleep...it was a good choice...looks like no-one wanted any company for the night...

So Nana & Cowboy will still be open? But not serve alcohol?
What are the exact dates/times affected?
How about the discos such as Climax?
Is this in Pattaya also?
