After 9 pm, a taxi can get you there in 20 minutes. My choice in KL would be Changkat Bukit Bintang. Try Gypsy Bar. If you want to stick in PJ, there are hotels like Crystal Crown, Lisa the Inn, etc. That have services. Also, use WeChat and see what comes up from local FLs and escorts. No shortage of opportunities.
