Good question, not sure if I know the answer, someone else might? But with my 3 trips there, twice I have actually had to wait for a girl to be available (less than 5 minutes wait though), and the other time they just called a girl from the back and she came straight to me and led me to the room. I think if you just visited there the first time they wouldn't bring girls out one by one for you to choose from like in a brothel. Remember the signs at this place say services are strictly non-sexual! :)

They do take bookings I think, so if you have enjoyed an experience with one particular girl before, I am guessing it would be fine to ring up and ask if you can see a particular girl at a certain time.

It's on the upper (away from CBD) edge of Flagstaff Park, faces right onto a busy city street. Some dude was hanging out in front of his car right outside when I walked out -- the door opens right onto the sidewalk, not a ton of discretion. Same for The Main Course which is next door. Price is a bit more expensive than most places, but they occasionally have specials, and you do get a discount card for repeat visits.

Girls are mostly Aussie, with few if any asians. But it's is nicer than most of the AMPs around here.

Some girls also offer extras besides RnT - need to discuss this with the girl.

If Asian girls are more your thing, The Colosseum in Tope St, South Melbourne offers RnT services during the day (it's normally a FS place). It's a very classy place with absolutely massive rooms - the price is something like $85 for half an hour, which I think is very reasonable.
