Many of the girls will want to hang around but you just need to insist for them to go. Car jobs are not very common in Kenya. I would be careful with that. If you don't want to take them to your hotel, there are rooms available for short rent in some places where no questions are being asked, just a small fee to the security guard and you can do whatever you like.

Nairobi. There are plenty of street walkers around Koinange Street, this is hunting ground for locals and non-locals, so the quick job is quite a common thing. You will find what you are looking for where the locals are banging cause they are looking for the same set up as you, I. E. For what you have in mind stay away from the girls that hang around the tourist hotel bars. Too expensive, lousy service. Otherwise just pick and choose from the many clubs and watering holes.
