Following CyberMike's report I met with Pinky yesterday. Most of the showers in the rooms are out of service due maintenance fault (flooding the rest of the building) but are going to be repaired. Licensed MP's -facilities in Hotels, premises next to other commercial premises (e. G. SS at Tecom), MP's that advertise via coupon deals.
Unlicensed -advertised via business cards; tend to be in residential apartments with no external advertising on the premises.
Is that a reasonable analysis?
The reason that I ask this is to understand the relative risks of intervention by the LE. I understand that the provision of extras at all MP's are not lawful and could be subject to LE intervention but is it correct to state that the risks are higher at unlicensed MP's?

You have to understand that in this country information is not given in open forum for fear of some of our good finds getting busted by LE. So the best thing for you is to get PM facility and get information. Then again you have not contributed anything so how you can get help here is an issue.
Unless you contribute well we will not know if you are a genuine monger or a LE. If you RTFF there are enough clues. If you get the list of all Marina hotels you will find one with greek sounding name.And the famous STEPS are just around the corner!! It is as simple as that.

When it comes to LE, both types are equally vulnerable. A massage given by an opposite gender, is illegal. Period. Be it with extras or without.
But that said, I am not sure to what extent that rule is implemented. I have never had any LE experiences in the past, but a couple of licensed MPs I know, have been involved in raids. Most of the time, they will make an issue about the way masseuses dress, rather than the opposite gender massage.
