Typically most regular labs have an entire STD panel and if may give advice, get all of them done once every 6 months / 1 year. Don't worry about anonymity, just visit one in the other end of the city if that's your concern.

It's amazing how relieved one feels on seeing non reactive / negative on all parameters when the report comes out.

Plus generally healthy practice.

My bare back strategy has always been to get an STD panel test done for both self and fuck mate not older than 48 hrs. She pops a contraceptive before hand and it's a full night of stress free cream pies. Small cost but trivial compared to LIFE.

Tata 1 MG and Practo also have these tests available. They come to your house to collect samples and the reports are sent over e-mail.

Avoid DFK.

BJ with Condom only.

Penetration with condom only. No double condom at same time.

What else can I do? Is it safe to ask hiv report from the girl before doing the deed?

IMO, Even if caught HIV, there should be no issue to life just the stigma attached is the main culprit. Covid has shown us that there is no guarantee to life anyway. (Note: Nowhere advocating dangerous behaviour, condom always).

Keep good oral and anal hygiene (If you plan for rimming etc in future). Also, regular washing of private areas so fungal infections don't develop. You may use sprays or powder to keep it intact.

Play safe but forget about other stds. Otherwise it will become difficult even to enjoy.

For me, based in Kerala, the sample collection is on Wednesday where it will be taken to the banglore lab on Friday and the results made available by Sunday Evening.

I have tested myself for hiv and came out negative two months later. But those two months were anxiety filled. This experience has made me very cautious and I no longer use thin condoms. I guess other stds are curable.

And while it is adviced to get std panel tests, I don't know, maybe, (My personal opinion, may change with time), I don't think it is wise to get tested for anything than hiv.

See the girls around. There are dozens of guys for one girl in dating apps. What's the guarantee that the girl would be std free? And how many would be willing for a test report before marriage? Forget before dating! Here we talk about behaviours and precautions but I have heard friends talking about using condoms only while fucking else all bare. Some even go bare (Never advised).

Need help about a condition once a month there is a huge urge to visit a MP for the obvious reasons, it starts with an urge / desire which kind of builds up for a few days and then on the day suitable opportunity presents itself can't think of anything else, the heart beat goes up and the mouth becomes dry, this is accompanied by shaking of the leg and then there is no going back. Once the act is over the symptoms don't come back after another 20-30 days. During the phase when the we are near to the phase (nearing the 30 day deadline) even Wake up thinking about it, it's almost like an addiction which will not go away, though a lot of convincing / self promises / distractions were tried but it comes back like a time bound spell. Daily MB (at least once) and watching a few p-clips. Can anyone suggest ways to overcome this as want to get rid of it before any major damage. Any help would be welcome.

You may mention casual dating and sex instead of MP. I have seen psychologists / therapists are kind and professional, mostly I have taken sessions from ladies.
