I am not too sure how the fee works with the club / girl, as I usually just get their number and wait till they are done their shift or meet them the next day. I'm assuming you would have to clear your bill and pay the exit / room fee if you want to take the girl right away.

Since you are only there a week, I would suggest just to get a pre-paid number. I think the SIM is like 50 pesos and comes with some minutes and data, that can be bought and topped up at any Oxxo or 7-eleven. I doubt they have have any 1 week plans, I haven't heard of any.

Final question (for now): how widespread is english spoken among the agency handlers and staff at the love motels? I'm confident I could negotiate business with both of them, but of course, I'm more comfortable with English.

Very little English spoken in GDL in general. Stick to the English speaking providers, bouguet is the only full English agency I know. Motels, only spoke Spanish never thought to try English as very few Tapatios speak it.

Being reluctant to drive into GDL from Chapala, I've been on the hunt for some local providers. Mileroticos seems to regularly have 2 or 3 providers advertising under Chapala.

A couple I have contacted are available via Whatsapp, which enables me to use Google translate to make contact. Both have insisted on payment for a first meeting, in advance, at Oxxo to a bank card they provide. I balked the first time but today the little head was doing the thinking.

I'll be in Guadalajara next week for work staying at the Intercontinental and in meetings nearby. I'll be with a large group of co-workers and the days are packed with meetings and the nights will probably have dinners and drinking that run late into the night, so I don't think I can bring anyone back to the hotel or will I have opportunity to go very far away, at least not until very late, and I'm not sure how much walking around Guadalajara in the middle of the night alone I want to do. So I'm thinking choice is somewhere I can run out to quickly before dinner or during lunch or something. I won't have a car though there is always taxis or Uber if I have to. Is there anywhere good close by? The nearest I can see is Hobbie Inn. That doesn't look too far? Any suggestions?

The cost is a bit higher, but the quality is guaranteed (I think it is around $1500 mx).

The name of the place is Spanish for a type of haircut (crew cut), but it resembles an English word that won't pass muster with the filters on this site. It rhymes with "escape".

Regarding love motels, here is an excellent post written by WorldTravel14 a few months ago. California Courts is right in the heart of Guadalajara, and is the motel I'll probably use during my upcoming week in GDL.
