My experience is limited, but I did find an acceptable street walker on Rue Joubert for 70 euros. But be forewarned, most were older and would require a long visit to the Brasserie to get your beer goggles on.

Rue Joubert has always been the best quality to price ratio in Paris.

I don’t visit the ladies anymore, but I do walk down the street.
Unfortunately there is no new talent coming in, and the women get older and rarer as time passes.
They now tend not to stand out in the street.
They instead congregate - usually together - in groups of up to 4 or 5 at a cafe. Ages are usually 40 and upwards.
If you weren't in the know, you might notice nothing untoward.
The corner cafe on Caumartin and Joubert is one haunt, usually the table on the street furthest to the east, away from Galerie Lafayette. The Dahlia cafe is another... usually inside. Over the past year, if you go one street behind (rue de la Victoire, where it intersects Joubert at a fork), there are 2 or 3 SWs who actually do stand on the street… one 50y old blond, one brunette, and a younger more attractive one occasionally.

There was just one time over the past year when I saw no one at 20h30. More likely cos all busy. Best is really to aim to plan a meal there, and monitor the scene. Better still, join and drink/eat with the women (drinks all reasonably priced).

I am in the unenviable position of being able to add an address to the list, without being able to recommend it. With 72 hours on my hands in Paris, I thought I'd check out the old Rue St Denis stroll to see if it still was in business. On a fine Saturday afternoon, I am pleased to report that the street action was brisk. There were, I would say, 20 or so women working. Most were on the older side. Most appeared to be French, with a few who may have moved from Africa more recently. I expected more Eastern Europeans, but found none.

They were not hard to find. From the Strasbourg / St Denis metro stop, I made my way along Blvd St Denis in the 2e Arrondissement to Rue St Denis and turned left. Within a block I began to encounter women dressed like hookers standing in front of doorways. They also work the side streets one block either way of Rue St Denis.

The greatest concentration appeared to be on Rue Blondel between Rue St Denis and Rue Sebastapol. I attempted to strike up a conversation with several of them, but found that my French was not acceptable. I was, however, able to discern that the going rate quoted was €50.

I zig-zagged down the side streets to Rue Réaumur, then doubled back on Rue St Denis to the corner of Rue de Caire. In front of a building on a corner, I struck up a conversation in broken Franglais with a blonde I would say was in her 40s. She was wearing thigh-highs, a mini-skirt and showed ample decolletage. I was suitably interested. We agreed upon €50 and proceeded into the doorway where she stood and up five flights of stairs. After the transaction, she appeared to try and upsell me, but not too hard. With a shrug, we began to remove our clothes.

Service was rather mechanical. Kissing was out the question, we remained anonymous to one another. Nonetheless, the desired result was achieved.

She made me clean up in the kitchen sink, where I had a full view of her bathroom, including a bidet. That struck me as odd, but who was I to argue?

After St Denis, I went the following night to Montmartre and Pigalle in the 18me Arrondissement. There are 2 places for sex shows,which are not rip-off (avoid all joints in Pigalle at all costs...)

Theatre Chochotte, in so called "quartier latin" which provide sophisticated hard core shows, and "show girls", near "chatelet" which provides girls only hard core show. You only pay your entrance fee, no drinks, no money to the girls. Do NOT accept to go for the private shows, they don't allow anything more than what you get for free.

I visited Showgirls this summer and had a good time. It is located at 5 Rue Des Halles which is near the intersection of Rue Des Halles and Rue De Rivoli. Entry fee I think was 50E. The girls dance on the stage then continue into the audience fully nude and put on shows for each individual. Most will allow touching except for private parts, although some will not. No additional tip is expected. I did take a real friendly girl up on a private dance (downstairs) from the club. The nearest FKK is Lancelot, in Offenburg - Germany. Not one of the best FKK... but sure better than Paris!
Take the train to Strasbourg, 1h30 approx, and then rent a car (35 km approx).

Otherwise, drive from Paris to the Belgian border (180 km) and you'll find a series of small brothels. Nothing like FKK, but you can fuck legally, for 60 to 100 euros.

Everything is better than Paris!

Actually 1006, that's a tad imprecise. The train to Strasbourg takes 2 hours 20 minutes. Our friend can do better than that by taking the train to Saarbruecken (1 hours 50 minutes) and visit FKK Club 214. In addition, this club is located on the outskirts of Saarbruecken, so he can take a cab from the railway station rather than rent a car.
