Wanted everyone to know that unless you have been made to believe otherwise because that is the rate you have been paying as also you have been reading most members writing about what they have paid, the actual going rate is between INR 1200 to 2000 for any girl in any building in NL, and between INR 600 to 1000, max 1200 in CH and other nearby areas such as P Path LR area. Believe me I am not joking. This is what most mongers (who are not ISG members or even net savvy) pay there because they come via Word of mouth references.
The higher rates you pay are actually because of the commission of the taxi fellows who took you there in the first place! And people have tended to believe that is is the going / best rate that is on offer. Next time you should go on your own and with a straight face tell the SP that these (reduced) rates are what you have been paying all along, stand your ground, be prepared to walk the talk. And then see. How he falls in line! And believe me, these SPs rarely remember you, they only feign acquaintance to assure you that you are among their VIP clients, so don't worry that they will remember what you paid last time!

Reduction means reducing girls and SP charges. When girls are interested high in tips, I do not think they would serve better in low rates.
