If you are trying to meet them outside as a repeat, it should not matter either. If you are meeting freelancers or regular girls, then you might worry about your image. Longtime lurker, first-time contributor here. I went to Orchardz industri raya today at about 6 pm, and I have. I suppose you'd call it a field report, but like watching a human pyramid, it raises more questions than it answers. Got the super VIP room for 285 k, went in, lockers facilities all as reported, except the "exercise area", which was two lonely stationary bikes. Super VIP room was basic but clean, mirrors, double bed, shower with decent water pressure. Nice lady behind the counter with all the hanging number tags asks your girl preference, you don't get to pick.

You knew all that though, or you would within 5 minutes of walking in the door if you don't. What makes this report-worthy. Said nice lady knows nothing about the notorious "butterfly" package. I blocked out 5 hours of my day for what's reported all over the Internet as a reliably slippery 3-hour ordeal. She just said, "I recommend #61" based on "slim". OK, sure, let's see what happens. This is why I say cooperative provider. No complaints regarding service except that the packages seem to no longer be openly offered. Which was the whole point of Orchardz vs other spas in the first place.

The more apt question would be, what might some useful vocabulary be to negotiate such a thing? I know very very basic Indonesian, improving but generally still failure-ish.

I've not read back through the forum but I think you went to the wrong Orchardz. The main one is in PangJay while the small branches are at Industri and the Airport.

If they are not going to show you the girls for selection then yes you should request what the "special paket" are and get the receptionist to write it down with the prices on a scrap of paper, They will do this automatically as they are not on the official massage menu.

There are a lot of comments of it having special inclusions and customers enjoying the time but Google and RTFF indicates it is just a breast / body to body massage to completion. Enjoyable, yes but hardly a one off rarety. Am I missing something??

I haven't been checking in much these past couple of months and I thought I would drop in to see what I have been missing and I have to say it would appear that the answer is "not much".

There is no need. It's so easy to find girls on tinder. But I still venture out at times. Eastern Promise is rocking on the weekends. If you haven't been lately, you should check it out. The owner of the place said the new influx of hookers there has saved the place since business was waning prior to that.

The old standards of BATS, CJs and pretty much every place you listed (other than kalijodo, hard rock, and stadium) are basically the same as ever (sans sexy dancers). If you do want to venture to those places, they are definitely still a good time. The problem is the girls at BATS and CJs are overpriced. I still love going there on occasion. Hell, I might go tonight. I don't know if the good band is at BATS tonight or not though. I think the new band there is pretty funny.

But I believe the reason there are pretty much only posts about the brothels up north anymore is that most of the guys from this forum who used to live in Jakarta do not live in Jakarta anymore. I had no idea about EP. I have always used it as a meeting place to hook up with Tinder dates as it is convenient and bule friendly. It is also a place the good girls can feel comfortable meeting in as I lay the essential groundwork for preparing to turn them bad (and if they have already agreed to meet up with a guy old enough to be their father for a late-night drink, the process of turning them bad is usually pretty perfunctory).
