Natty Bumpo is right on the money. I have been to both cities many times in the last 10 years. Each has its good points which have been mentioned. To me the three biggest differences for mongers are:

1. GFE factor: The Pinay doesn't count how many shots you did. She is just as anxious to have orgasms as you do. Short time does not mean exactly one or two hours. So macroeconomy big difference and same is true across Asia with some significant exceptions. 5 of 10 most expensive cities in the World are in Asia (Japan, Australia, Singapore) ; most others are in Europe.
