I was at Palace last night. I arrived around 7 pm, and left close to 10 pm. The line up was not very deep. I counted at most 30 girls working last night. Many of them were just not my type. I visited Palace very late in the day, after 23:00. It wasn't that late that I was anticipating a low number of girls and customers but that is exactly what I encountered on what should be one of the two busiest nights in any FKK. On first glance there was probably 10-15 girls that I could see without looking too hard. After a while some were appearing from rooms so I'd put the total number of available girls between 20-30. The number of girls and customers was far lower than I remembered on my last Saturday there in pre-pandemic times. I was advised to give Palace a miss but curiosity got the better of me. It used to be my favorite Frankfurt club. Even more than Sharks.

I used to tell my friends that it was the supermodel club of Frankfurt because there were so many tall blonds with great faces and fit bodies. The girls seemed more classy than Sharks, Mainhatten and all other FKK's. It felt more like Globe in Zurich.

Then Palace ownership decided to remodel, and after the remodel a big part of the ambiance, which I loved, was gone. The club felt less cozy and comfortable.

They still had the sauna, a decent restaurant and a great kino, but they removed other aspects of the club that made the ambiance enjoyable. I wish I could remember what they had before, but it's been so long.

Then just a few years ago they decided to remodel again! And the ambiance now is even worse! They removed even more cushions, pillows and places to lounge and relax.

They gutted the center of the club and replaced it with a large bar with tall bar stools. Fuck that! Now most of the men are forced to site around the bar with their bath robes.

They also removed the second bar and added a bunch of uncomfortable seats that look down at the bar, making it even more uncomfortable because you feel like guys are looking down at you at the bar from the tiered seating.

When you sum this up with the 2017 "gummi" law which didn't do anything but raise prices from $50 to $100 for the same basic service, raise the entrance fee and removed most blond Germans from the club and replaced them with sub par Romanians you will understand why I wrote this post.

The ownership understands this, but change is hard.

P.S. - lets hope that when the German Gov't revisits the 2017 law next year, they decide it wasn't worth it and revokes it. But that might be wishful thinking.

At least, there is HH entry 50 every day, I think before 5 pm.

Arrived around noon. 75 entry. If you leave within 2 hours, then you will get 25 back. 50 before 5 pm is not applicable anymore.
