Please don't flame me if you disagree. I am just trying to save others the trouble of all the research. These are just my conclusions.

If you have $700+ dollars to spend on a session you can get a pretty girl at the soapies including FS. If your budget is more like $300-400 you are going to have to make some trade offs. Vaginal sex in exchange for money is illegal. Those establishments that are licensed, legal, and wish to stay that way follow this rule. 2) Hotel: For my time in Tokyo, I was lodged at Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyobashi:

This hotel is located between two Tokyo Metro stations, Kyobashi and Nihombashi. Both of those Metro stations are on the Ginza Line, which will take you directly to Shibuya and will take you indirectly to Shinjuku if you also use the Marunouchi Line. The additional nice thing about this hotel is that you're about a one-minute walk from the #24 Entrance / Exit to Tokyo Station, where you've got money exchange (Travelex), tons of restaurants, and many stores where you can buy toiletries, souvenirs, etc.

Unfortunately, this hotel mentions on their website that unregistered guests are not allowed to visit registered guests at the hotel. In other words, it's not "chica friendly." But, it's laughably easy to get a outcall WG into your room. How? Pull up the hotel on Google Maps and switch to Street View. Facing the hotel, you will see the entrance to the hotel on the ground floor just to the right of Excelsior Caffe. The hotel entrance is a small lobby with the elevators (there are two of them). Simply press the "up" button and when the elevator arrives, touch your room key card on the sensor and hit the button for the floor where your room is located. Now, the elevator will always stop on the second floor if it's coming up from the ground floor. But if nobody wants to get on the elevator on the second floor, simply push the button to close the elevator door and continue up to your floor. Using this method, you'll never see the reception desk. In fact, the only way the receptionists will know you're bringing a WG back to your room is if you bring her to the desk and announce your intention to bring her to your room.
