La Zona Army patrol convoys
Last Thursday night I was eating a taco at the popular stand on Ninos Heroes.
2 pick up trucks, carrying 4 Policia Municipal. Slowly drove North on Ninos, past Tropical Bar and hotel Rizzo de Orro.
2 Army pick up trucks followed, in desert camouflage paint, carrying a squad of about 12 soldiers in combat gear. Both trucks had a guy handling a Squad Automatic Weapon on top of the cab aiming ahead, with fingers in the triggers. The rest of the troops all had their assault rifles at the ready.
1 Policia Estatale pick up truck followed.
It looked like local policias were bringing heavy Army firepower to war against criminal groups. The young soldiers all looked bewildered and strained with all the flashing lights, fancy bars and hotels, sexy girls hanging out on the street.
It reminded me that only a few miles South of the US, Mexico is a lawless country with cartels of criminals who terrorize and dominate the population with extreme violence. The same extreme violence and rampant crimes by gangs are also happening in El Salvador.
I just hope these governments can solve the crime problems and bring peace an the prosperity to their population. If Colombia could do it, they can also do it.
It was my first time seeing the action in the middle of the day!
It was approximately 12 ish. November 10,2016, Thursday. My normal walk from "El Prieto" parking lot. Located approximately 100 yrds / 90 meters + / - from HK. I was on the Tropical side of the street preparing to cross over to HK side of the street at the intersection. I looked over to the right to cross, when I saw this amigo punching and then kicking another amigo on the ground aggressively next to one of my favorite taco stands on the corner. I did not stop walking. I picked up my pace. Observations, I have eaten at that taco stand many times, could have been a normal misunderstanding, the people who where on the street had stopped to watch, the police were not there / then there during my walk.
When I left, 7 ish, several policia cars and motor cycle cops with lights on where visible from the HK front entrance on the street. When I leave HK, generally, I will look to the right and left to see what direction I will be leave the parking lot to get to the boarder.
Taking pictures of policia rateros
When stopped by policia assholes, I would suggest taking pictures of them in front of their patrol car.
As far as I know, Mexico has no laws against taking pictures of your stupid policia assholes.
That would stop them from trying anything stupid and nasty.
Forgot to mention, the asshole policias, rateros with no name tags, were in fear this time. They did a cursory check of my trunk. I was so pissed off, I was screaming repeatedly on top of my lungs:
" Nada in my trunk!" I did nothing wrong. You understand?
The assholes was scared so they forgot to do their body search as usual, when they try to steal your cash. I had my wallet zipped up inside the flight jacket and a thick pile of tip money in my pants' pocket, which I would have taken out and held in my hands if searched.
When stopped by these assholes, the bro should ask for their names and their car number, and write them down with all details. Don't let these stupid assholes fuk you up your asses. If you give them a hard time, they will leave you alone and look for easier targets. If you keep giving money to these stupid apes, they will keep victimizing everyone.
Tijuana's District Attorney and Internal Affairs
Sindicatura procuradora, dirección de asuntos internos.
Director of Internal Affairs is a lady attorney.
Lic. Maricela Dalle-Mese Partida, Directora 973-7273 7769.
She has a very dangerous job investigating and prosecuting corrupt policias, many of whom work for the cartels. Memorize her name and say it to the dumb policias if and when they try to shake you down. They are guaranteed to crap in their pants with the prospects of being locked up in Tijuana' famous La Mesa prison pending investigation and prosecution.
Her boss is the District Attorney:
Lic. Arturo Ledesma Romo, Síndico Procurador 973-7273 7756.
I would assist her whenever I could, starting with ratting on the dumb policias who are stupid enough to harass El Capital when he conducts his famous Combat Air Patrol in La Zona. El Capitan already went on line and complained with facts about the 2 policias who tried to extort him Friday night.
This link has all contacts for Tijuana Municipal government. If you cooperate and assist enough with Tijuana government, you will get free drinks and free pussies in La Zona.
