I don't get the ads or the popups.
Google Chrome.
Win 10.
Adblock.
I have all of that. Two things:
1) Open ISG in fresh Chrome browser window (previously closed Chrome completely and re-opened), do nothing. Wait 45-ish seconds, and an ad pops up in a new browser window.
2) Open ISG in fresh Chrome browser window (previously closed Chrome completely and re-opened), then click into the Username box. Instantly an ad pops up in a new browser window.
Same happens with FF browser.

A lot of forum sites have ads until you log in.
I use "log me in automatically" and I don't get the ads, including here.

I think its something intentionally linked to the website, not a malware or virus.

Spend your golden years in Pakistan, land that harbored Osama bin Laden and where you can "honor kill" women who have brought "shame" upon the family for a crime that a man committed against the woman? And Saudi Arabia is number 2, a land that cuts up people alive for disagreeing with the government (and home of the majority of the 9/11 terrorists)? I also take issue with their numbers (question that these are the 50 cheapest places to retire). So many of these studies and reports are utter nonsense that cannot be taken seriously. Spend your golden years in Pakistan? Please! Go for it!

Upon visiting ISG this current time, my FF popped up with "Firefox has blocked a popup".
For those not having this problem, are you using Win 10 with either Chrome or FF? If not, this might be a Windows issue.

Over the years I've received many Housing, Utility and Relocation allowances linked to similar industry generated Indices. Some have allowed for leases to fund two mansions while others have been barely enough to run a light bulb.
Use at your own risk and do your own homework based upon your own living conditions.

If it does the ad blocker should block it, so apparently they have found some workaround to avoid that it's being blocked.
I'm using Opera with the built-in ad blocker that is usually working very well, but not this time.
This whole thing is laughable! Spend your golden years in Pakistan
Yeah, well why not? Cheap pyjamas, cheap naan bread and uncles offer their nieces to you for some American money. They invented the Pakistani Drill Press so it can't be bad at all.
