You are a foreigner there, and if they charge you with something (rightly or wrongly in your opinion) you can spend a couple of years in jail just waiting for your case to be heard. It's probably better to not take these types of posts seriously, especially when no due diligence is applied and you can tell no research is done. We're living in the info-age yet people refuse to use even a simple tool like Google.
