Let me give you final word
No, there are NO varying opinions. Only facts, reported by those who really went there multiple times. Discern posts.
Yes, you are right: 350ST minimum at BC and TC. It can be negotiated down for uglier older ladies, and sometimes you can get 300 from a decent girl, but consider that most Viet and Pinay girls will ask 400 or 500 for ST, as first offer, and many of them will stick to 500 (warning: the more expensive, not necessarily the better experience).
Go to Thai club or beach Cafe around 11. Check which girl you like. Male sure you behave like a gentleman.
Go and ask her how much for how much time etc.
Say her you pay 400 only for night. Take it or go. She will deny.
Now come to your seat and enjoy the drink. Either she will go with someone or within time she will come to you and will negotiate.
You stick to 400. Don't think what your Johny is saying.
As soon as she says OK for 500. Discuss with her full night conditions. And leave.
Now worst case she left with someone, now you find another girl and start the same procedure as I explained.
So the final price for night is 500.
Easy pick up? Yes for me!
No, sorry, "easily pick up an escort for the whole night for around 200 - 300 RM" is out of the world. I bet one will not get even a short time in BC for 300, unless in very special opportunities. Those were the rates 5 or 10 years ago.
I did it 3 times in September 2015.250 RM, 200 RM and 300 RM. Looks 6/10,8/10 and 7/10 respectively for those prices. Time between 1-2 pm. All stayed till past 9 am next day. I use the word "easily. " for 3 times in one month. You are welcome to call it otherwise.
1-2 pm leave at 9 am. You mean 1-2 am!

I had the plan to start off with 350 and then counter to 400 and not budge on that despite what the little head said. Possibly may start with 250 and then go to 350 or do the old guaranteed 300 and tip 50/100 based upon performance. I find once into it they forget. Was it 300/400/ 500 - especially if you have the skills. (OK big noting myself).
Checking post. You said Time between 1-2 pm. Did you mean 1-2 am? Obviously later means cheaper. Not all of us want to wait around till 2 am before we decide to buy. I can't sit around in a bar for 3/4 hrs waiting for the price to come down.
Other feedback to posts. Agree always go ST and then "up to you"- most often as said they will stay esp if late just to sleep in luxury. Remember you have the power (read $$ - I treat them with respect but always reinforce who is making the decisions here.
Also to BBBJ. From most recent literature - (touch wood) close to impossible. My advise. Don't bareback with vaginal or anal. And not just AIDS, lots of other STD's too. But I'm not a doctor but do your research and make a decision.
Knowledge is power.
What is the best way to get to BC and TC when you are near Jalan Pudu and Jalan yew.
Many thanks for your detailed answer. I have been reading that areas like "chankap and zouk" would be good pick up for nicer women than at BC or TC. Anybody been to these areas.
KL is a nightmare for transportation. All downtown is often blocked by traffic jams. In addition, the attitude of (red) taxi drivers is most of the cases very bad: they do whatever possible to overcharge the passenger, especially if foreigner.
If you take a red taxi, be sure to know what is the regular fare for a local (5 RM? Accept to pay no more than twice than that (10 RM), but be sure they will ask you at least 4 times than that (20-25 RM).
An alternative to fierce negotiation is to take a blue cab: they cost double than red, but at least they use a meter, so you pay the same and have a better service.
I often go walking, if Monorail is not convenient, just because I don't want to overpay taxi (not that 20 rm is a lot of money, but it's the principle).
To go to your question, I think that a taxi is the best option, otherwise you should take two trains in connection, but 1) take your time to find one who does not overcharge 2) consider that it might take a lot of time, depending on the hour and traffic conditions.
Ask to go to Jalan P. Ramlee.
