Sosua Reports

I am returning to Sosua in two weeks "to get it out of my system". I am planning on seeing the same girl. When I told her is was coming, she asked me to bring her the latest blackberry ($500-600 w / o out a contract). I was taken back by her greed. I am rethinking the whole DR thing. I am fortunate enough to live in N. Y. On the Bronx backpage and craigslist there are a bevy of brown ass from Latin America and the Caribbean $100 and less. The sex is a cold business transaction. They won't tell you they love you and can't wait to see you again. But they won't text you for more money and expensive gifts when you leave and you can actually have a conversation in english.

After mylene left my room I went for breakfast, as I went to sit down the man at the table said your english arnt you, come and sit at this table with us, the guys name is bill he lives in sosua and goes to ng every day for breakfast, he looks a lot like kenny dalgeish {the liverpool fc manager}

Only he wears some vivid miami vice type shirts, he is a wealth of information and has a laptop full of photos of chicas and there contact details. One of the best parts of every day was to sit and have breakfast for 2 hours and talk to bill and all the other mongers about what happened last night, look at last nights chica photos and film taken by the guys, oh and chica alerts {just brilliant}. My intention for today was to contact the 2 chicas that mereils kindly gave me the photos and contact details for, but I had no luck, in the afternoon I met a nice very dark chica with the body I was looking for, she did not speak much english, but kept on asking to go to my room to fuck, I did not want to until I got to know her, at one point I went to my room for something and she followed me for sex I tried to explain but had no luck, I called rafael the barman in and got him to explain which helped me a lot, anyway all she seemed intersted in was earning some money so I gave her a 1000 pesos and told her to relax, I took her to the evening meal at ng which was great and went to my room with her and did the business, average girl, when I went to give her some more money she was not satisfied with what I was giving her, I made my first mistake and gave in and pissed her off. After that shit episode I wnt and brought rafael a drink and had a chat, I mentioned to him about the 2 girls that I could not contact and to my suprise he said you spoke to one of them at tea time, I then remembered the girl as he explained her to me, when I met her at tea time I thought wow what a beautifull girl but thought she was out of my league, I remember saying to her how good her english was and she thanked me. After speaking to rafael I went to my room and ten minutes later he came to my room and said the girls had come back {merry fucking Christmas} they were real beauties and spoke english one was a little thicker in the body than the other so I chose the slimmer one I did my sales pitch to the letter as meriels had told me to and everthing was set, basicly I told her that I woulkd pay her 3000 pesos every 24 hours and that I was more interested in friendship than sex, anyway she went for it. {to be continued}

I thought I would shoot this at people who either because they live there or lived there, have a better grip of Dominican psyche and sociology.

I was speaking with a college girl and during the conversation, she blurted out that 85% (she gave me that number. So I am not responsible for its precision and confidence level) of DR population think it is not good NOT to be a virgin before marriage. Now this completely blew me away as I thought if there is one country where women give it away without blinking, IS the D. R. Granted that I have not been to other Caribbean or Latin American countries.

Would appreciate your thoughts.

I would venture to say that 85% of girls over 14 years old in the DR have lost their virginity, it could be higher or lower but that number seems to be everyone's favorite. Most Dominicans don't even get officially married first of all but for sure the percentage of virgin newlyweds in the DR is very very small. This would hold true for all of the latin american countries as well and Jaosousa yes, Colombia would be included, LOL.

If the father caught a monger with their daughters they and their brothers would beat the shit out of you and get away with it. Police have little sympothy for mongers who mess with normal folk. There is an entire social strata for you to fuck and moving up will cost you especially the families claiming Spanish heredity. Its still a catholic country and some social norms don't change especially where the heredity of heirs is concerned. The father might have several lowere strata mistresses but that is the privilege of wealth.

Most poor don't get married is the better statement and 85% are deflowered by or shortly after 14 is bullshit. She was stating that 85%, or most Dominicans, believe that it is not good to engage in pre-marital sex. This number is generally true across Catholic latin America. But remember she stated that people BELIEVE it is not a good thing to engage in pre-marital sex. But Catholics are taught not to judge the individual and their human foibles, so that is the disconnect you all are witnessing. They KNOW people are going to do it (and go to confession afterwards).

As Alex Deuce just stated a monger better watch himself around these women and their families. Taking somebody's virginity is a big thing in Catholic latin america.

In Mexico and many other nations, a woman is ruined if she is not married before having a birth (direct evidence of pre-marital sex). But trust me, whoever knocked her up might have got beat up, thrown in jail, or worse! He might get away but you do not want to be that guy.

After the failed attempt to marry the guy, a monger will see the girl in the prostitution game and assume she is a "ho" but this is the after life for her, after the marriage attempt fell through. She knows and probably feels what she did was incorrect but has to deal with it. Hence the 85%. We all fall short of our high standards, that does not mean we lower those standards.

But even then it blew me off as I thought women there are a lot more available than in my experience in the US and Europe. My Asia exposure is not worth talking about since I only know the P4P crowd and that just does not quite cut it (and India is fucking frigid. Before marriage, at least in my time).

The context of my conversation was revealing. The discussion came about because she mentioned that she is NOT a virgin. Speaking of virginity, I am no longer a Sosua virgin in many ways:

1. First Haitian hand job today (500 pesos and a little sucking here-and-there)!

2. First DR rain storm. We are in it RIGHT NOW. In fact, the power went off in Europa and now the generator is running. I am about to pop open a beer and watch a movie out on the balcony. I doubt any girls are going out until later and then only if it stops raining.
