Well, a few years back, I had a bench warrant for arrest arising out of failure to pay a traffic ticket in Las Vegas. I was crossing the border to visit Tijuana sweethearts every week and CBP did not know shit. It was an infraction, a crude extortion by the deadbeats in Las Vegas' city council. Does that count?

I am not sure how local LEs coordinate arrest warrants with Federal agencies. Most local LE will not arrest illegal immigrants for CBP, so I assume CBP will not return favors by checking local warrants and make arrest for your dumb local sheriffs, except serious fugitives when the FBI is involved and sends out alerts to CBP.

I read about cases where federal arrest warrants were sent to all Interpol offices. The fugitives were arrested overseas and shipped back to the US by countries with extradition treaties with the US.

The guys who skip child support payments in the US are all subject to arrest warrants, high-priority wage garnishments and assets seizures. I heard a case where a guy hiding out in Asia had his passport seized by Asian immigration, who turned it over to the local US embassy. The guy could not leave the country. He had to pay all his back child support and hired an US attorney to clear the arrest warrant in court before he could get his passport back. So it's wise not to fuck around with the draconian US family courts.

The other day I crossed the border from SD into Tijuana. Was asked what the reason was for going into Mexico. I said to do some gambling in the Centro. She let me pass no problem.

But I was wondering how the customs officer would have reacted if I had said I was going to the RLD to get laid. Do you think the officer would have laughed or not allowed me in?

Personally I don't think CPB would see misdemeanor warrants or probation. They would more likely see Federal warrants specifically given to US Marshals with instructions to alert border crossings.

Was going to be charged with a DWI but my lawyer got it reduced to an Obstruction of the Highway, which means when I finish the 20 months (six of the 20 I have to have a breathing device in my car) I will have my record cleared of any arrest or conviction. It's called deferred adjudication. I just don't want to mess up by having the CPB see my probation and then notify my P. O. Which would result in a probation violation. I'm requesting the judge give me a travel permit for the 20 -22nd of May. This way, I will be legit. It will be interesting to see if they say anything to me when I cross back. This will be a good test. Maybe I can meet you when I am down there Captain. Thanks again for you thoughts.

This put me in some sort of shit list for the DHS and their system.

I was immediately dropped off to secondary inspection and got asked the same questions over and over. After I said, OK. I came here for the ladies. That's the truth. I just came here for ladies.

After I said that he asked a couple more questions and let me go. Just as long as you aren't chasing ladies that are too young you will be OK with the border agents.

It is not telling them something they do not already know. Now they don't even ask me anymore.

I have seen guys thrown in jail quickly for minor violations of parole terms. So you would be wise to get that travel permit.

Would be delighted to meet you. I am usually sitting at bar Kowloon all night Friday. Ask the bar tenders or the reception girl for El Capitan. Hehe.

Just tell them you are going to HK or Adelitas. These are lawful businesses and have been around for 20 years at least.

I live in the Gulf area in the United States. I've been doing all of my mongering in Germany FKK clubs. I'm thinking about switching the scene to Mexico since it's much closer and more convenient. Can the local tell me where is the best place to go? When I say best, I'm referring to the quality of women, both in terms of looks and service levels. I actually put more emphasis on looks. Also what about prices. What should a newbie to Mexico expect? Thanks for the response.

From time to time a newbie will show up here and expect to be spoon-fed information that can be easily gleaned from a couple of hours reading the various forums (fora?) here. Your question had all the hallmarks of this type of question. Therefore you'll receive few "informative" responses.

From time to time a newbie will show up here, after spending a lot of time reading these pages, and ask specific questions. They tend to take the form of "Hi, I'm new. I'm visiting Tijuana in 2 weeks. I have read the AB and HK threads, I understand the pricing, but I have a question about X. " These questions are generally met with a lot of helpful answers. Your question did NOT meet any of these criteria.

Now to specifics. You said you live in the "Gulf area. " Now this stretches from, oh, Brownsville, TX, to Key West. Give or take. None of which is particularly convenient to Tijuana. Now if you're seriously considering visiting the ladies of Mexico, you're best served by actually concentrating on the area you're most likely to visit. It's doubtful you'll be making weekly or monthly flights to Tijuana. If you will be, say so. But Tijuana is NOT Mexico (trust me on that) and anything you learn about Tijuana, and Tijuana bars, will have little use in other areas of Mexico. Neither places, prices, or any other information.

You asked about which places have the best looking girls. Anything you receive on that subject will be pure opinion and may be worthless. Nobody's idea of Latina beauty is the same, and overbroad questions such as this are simply a waste of everybody's time.

You asked about prices, which are discussed ad nauseum in each bar's thread. Of what value are prices in Tijuana if you live in Florida and will be visiting Cancun or DF? Do you see my point? It was another overbroad question.

So, if you're looking for an "informative response," try asking a bit more of an informative question. RTFF. Then ask specific questions about areas in which you have interest and may actually visit. If nobody knows they can probably direct you to another forum that has the information you seek.

OK, I'm going to risk getting dissed on this forum by asking some very broad noob questions.

I have read several of the forums going back a few months. But there is a lot of data in there and I don't really have any frame of reference to orient myself by.

I'm in SD in a couple of days (Tuesday) and have an opportunity to head down to Tijuana for a few hours in the afternoon and early evening. I have an early curfew, so will have to bail around 7-8 pm. I've never been to Tijuana, am starting in downtown SD, and won't have private transport to the boarder.

I understand that the trolly will get me to the crossing for a few bucks, and I can grab a cab on the MX side for 100-200 ps, so where do I want to go? Given my short leash and early hours what do I want to focus on. Is HK the place to go or is it dead that time of day? Do I understand that there are hotel rooms associated with the clubs? Would I be better off looking for SW chicas? Is is like Amsterdam or Hong Kong (the one in Asia) where the girls have their own rooms, or do I need to secure a short time hotel for fun times? Should I bring greenbacks or change my cash into pesos?
