Sorry for the delay. I promise to publish some reports and upload some pictures as soon as I can. I just haven't had the time to write up the reports and organize the photos since my last trip to Russia. I have been reading this forum for quite some years due to the constant expectation that I would visit Saint Petersburg one day. For years, this only stayed a promise, until recently, when my chances rocketed from 1% to 99%. So I started my preparations.

Having read this forum I already know about most ingredients necessary for a pleasant stay, however I want to discuss a few trends and items that have not been discussed before.

1. Has anyone ever used the search system on Mamba? You need to pay a few dollars access to the search system (which I don't mind) but you can only transfer funds to Mamba using Russian money resources like Yandex dengi and Webmoney. Has anyone ever succeeded using / sending funds to these resources from outside Russia?

2. I will stay in a girl-unfriendly hotel (sorry, company rules!) so I will need a room for a few hours close to Nevsky during a day/evening/night every now and then. Any recommendations? I remember a thread from a few years ago when someone mentioned such a rent-per-hour place.

I've made a couple of trips to Piter in the last several months. I've been intending to post a comprehensive trip report, but haven't gotten around to it.

I've spent quite a bit of time on Mamba, and I'd advise against any hopes on that front. Many of the profiles are shameless bait-and-switch, and many of the hotties that are seeking a sponsor will see you as a short term visitor and will be not be interested.

Regarding outcalls, I'd advise against them. My experiences is that outcalls will almost always be a bait and switch, and usually a very limited menu (ie cbj, etc). You also don't have much of a recourse if you get ripped off.
