I do agree here. The "Pueblo Amigo" actually has a decent sports book and is a nice property. I stumbled upon that place about a year ago (my 2nd visit to Tijuana) and was fairly impressed. It is true that the Sports Book across from Cascadas is "grimy" (Is that how you spell it?) to say the least. But it is a way to get down on a game or a horse if need be. The location is pretty good if you are staying in the Zona. As for the Agua Caliente Casino, I have heard that is (by far and away), the nicest. Still, what I don't care for is the 3% tax they charge on winnings (sports and horse bets). Thus, you are laying -113 on straight bets essentially. That is miserable.
