I was there once in my life, but I worked on it and now I have no problem in that area. That's the beauty, we can improve in almost every area, with time, practice, and a little bit of courage.

I don't think this has anything to do with self-esteem, low, mid high or whatever. It has to do with funds, and it sounds like Voyager just doesn't have enough money to afford much *Pay* 4 Play. That shouldn't be our problem (that's not to say that there aren't expanding problems in the P4 P scene). There are too many shops competing for too few girls, no discernible training for new girls in many places and customers allowing them to get away with sub-standard service. Until all these are addressed then service may continue to decline.

If they really do over-pay all that much or all that reliably often in the first place, that is. Highly doubtful, based on what I hear from girls who take the occasional Japanese customer. The customer two steps ahead of me, Japanese or not, might give a girl 5,000 baht for something I know I can get from that same girl for 2,000 baht. But before she has a chance to count his baht 5,000 baht up to 4 it has already disappeared into a black hole of partying or ATM transfers to boyfriends, husbands, possibly moms tending to their kids, if any. They are just as broke and in need of my 2,000 baht on Friday as they were for his 5,000 baht on Thursday.

Where I notice a downside for me is when I follow too many low demand customers. Low demand customers to far more harm to the next guys in line than supposedly over-paying customers, IMO. And in that regard, I believe the Japanese tourist is a primary culprit. Again, based on what I hear from girls who go with them often enough.
