Please everybody, do not think that just because I am told something it is true. I just pass on some of the more innocuous stories I am told as they indicate how people are thinking. For example, the story about calls to Romania may or may not be true, but it indicates one minor thing some girls have concerns about. No more, no less.

What seems to be more accurate is that the average age of the girls will slightly increase and that I think more veteran of the P6 scene are in the clubs except that everything is like before.

No more, no less.[/QUOTE]Of course it is not true, but you are right a lot of girls especially the younger one with their address in Romanian at the parents house are stressed a lot by the registration also the yearly tax income declaration is putting a lot of pressure to the girls having pimp or BF just because those guys are not willing to pay taxes.

You remind me of those expats who end up disappointing that their new home country is not meeting up to their standards and start bashing everything. You post examples of Germany being authoritarian when you ignore other countries that are far more authoritarian or they becoming one. As for people not challenging the government, I guess you ignored the protests and opposition to government policies in the past and in recent years (the last election showed the CDU and SDP losing votes while parties like FDP and AFD gained enough votes to win seats). It's no different than other countries in that regard.

Whenever you see an article or video from RT you should ask yourself "Why would Putin want me to see this? How does it benefit him?" Because that's what RT is. It's Putin's personal disinformation vehicle. This doesn't mean everything they publish is a lie. But they are always to benefit Putin.
So is this so-called "radical feminist" a product of the far left? I don't think so. She's the product of a kind of over-the-edge oppressive feminism that sees anything male-oriented as being intrinsically repressive, and as part of that she seeks to essentially end heterosexuality. Look her up. She's encouraged women to give up on men and become lesbians. She has put down bisexuals and transsexuals.
This is not feminism. This is not left wing politics. Plenty of left wing feminists love men, love heterosexual sex, and during the 90's swung towards seeing free expression of their sexuality as liberation and not kowtowing to male expectations.
And Putin is not a leftist either. He has abandoned Marxism. He favors a form of capitalism where private ownership of the means of production is allowed and encouraged, BUT everyone must bend to the will of the dictator at his demand.
That's not leftist or Marxist. That's fascism.
So why does an article or video like this please Putin? Because he's not looking for any particular outcome or backing any particular side. He just wants to sow chaos and discontent. And in this so-called radical feminist he's found a useful idiot who will do just that.

Perhaps you should too?

I don't want to drag this thread further away from club matters, but I have to agree with HH, Pistons, and, from what I have seen quoted, Neurosynth. The drift is towards increasing control of populations, imposition of new orthodoxies, and the use of media, including alternative non main stream media, to increase intolerance and enable new laws and orthodoxies to arise. (As N. suggests, the question always is to be asked "why does X or Y want me to see this? Or not see). These all combine, from left, right, and populist wings, to weaken the institutions which underpin democracy.
(Of course, democracy itself is an imposed orthodoxy, but I would suggest the latitude for nonconformity tends to be higher in democracies during freethinking times than under the current trends fostered by left, right, and populist).
Just a few thoughts.
