I won't leave a long review but used Nasty Girls 2 x on my trip. Overall, I would not recommend. I should of went with some soapland or some other service here. I opted to use them because it was outcall, and it was full service. When I used them, I was too tired mentally to go try a new place and my feet was ground beef.

Pluses:

Very prompt and booker spoke English well.

Cons:

All the appointments I made by phone were with shops that were -- based on prior research -- foreigner friendly and had staff that could speak at least some English on the phone. When I called, as you suggest, the first thing I asked was if they could speak English. Either the person answering could or they put me on hold and connected me with someone who could. None of them spoke FLUENT English, but it was enough to make the appointment. Just be prepared to speak slowly and clearly. You'll notice from the chronology of my report that I didn't use a delivery health / phone reservation service until my fourth night in Tokyo, so I had to work up to it.

It helped that I had been to Tokyo several times previously and was semi-familiar with the layout of Kabukicho. The Style Group shops -- OL Style, JK Style, Amateur Style -- will do outcall to other parts of Tokyo, but they're fastest to love hotels in Kabukicho or elsewhere in Shinjuku. So if you plan on using one of those shops, it's good to familiarize yourself with the geography of the neighborhood. The love hotel I used the most times was called Hotel The Hotel. If you figure out where that one is and have access to Google Maps, you can find the rest too. Just be careful walking around Kabukicho if that's where you end up. There's a pretty good chance you'll be approached by touts trying to lure you into situations you want to avoid and the chance is greater if you don't really know where you're going. Just politely but firmly decline such invitations and you'll be fine.

The first phone reservation I made took a long time -- I described it in detail in my original report (not the summary). I called, told them I wanted to see a girl (I just said someone thin, I didn't ask for a specific girl) and gave the desired duration for the visit. I didn't request any special services beyond the standard menu, so we didn't discuss that. He asked if I already had a hotel and I said no and that I needed help with that. With the Style shops that I used, I suspect very few of the girls speak much English, so your options would probably narrow considerably if you asked for one.

First most agencies don't have English speaking staff (so even though they have girls willing to serve we gaijin, you can't make a reservation). Some places have reception areas so at least you can go in and try to talk one-to-one with staff, but even that's not a guarantee.

There are online resources that will help gaijin navigate the complex fuzoku industry of Tokyo (but I don't think I can name them here). Do a search and you'll find them. The agencies that I know of that serve non nihongo speaking gaijin include nasty dolls, Asian mystique, or THC. I can only vouch for THC. Never used the other two. Kagayaki uses a line app, so you can try them to make a reservation. Girls look very cute, but the costs to access their services are not cheap.

You can also try soaplands. There's Paradise in Kawasaki (which is a haul to get to by train). They just opened a sister location in Yoshiwara (but the numbers of girls offered is still limited until they are able to hire a larger staff). I'm hoping it's presence in Yoshiwara opens more doors for we dirty foreigners.
