They'll quote the R1000 for anyone they think is new in Brazil / boates. I'm glad I RTFF and stuck with 500 on Monday (Beatrice). But after I left, I still felt that was too much. There's another ISG bro staying in the same hotel (Bourbon Convention). A few weeks ago, he was charged are R100 at the front desk to check in the escort he ordered. When Maria came over to my room, I waited in the lobby. So when she texted that she arrived, I met her outside and we walked in together. Maybe people thought we were friends (she was in a cute pajama), but nobody bothered us. What will happen in Brazil matters, but vaccines getting to the country will inspire some confidence in the Real. I'm not sure the Bolsonaro government can and will go on a spending spree. Massive Brazilian spending would weaken the currency.

As you said, the time of the night does influence prices in addition to other factors like club, girl's beauty etc. I don't stay in a club till the wee hours just to save a couple of hundred rials.
