The next street is independencia and it is one way, (at the corner is villar Hnos, cafeteria restaurant) and you can't make a left on independencia at that intersection, only a right turn.

Paco's Restaurante is located on the western end of El Conde directly across from Parque Independencia. The Cathedral is located on the eastern end of El Conde. The area is called Columbus Park but it is more like a concrete plaza. Directly across from the cathedral is a group of restaurants and Hard Rock Cafe is located there.

If you do a google search for "Colonial Zone DR" you will find a website with a good map of Zona Colonial.
