Poor delivery is often the downfall of many would-be good jokes.
Well,
1. Jokes in writing is hardly delivered.
2. Unintelligent people always bring up this excuse.
3. When a joke has been good for over 20 years, it is still good even when copied word by word.
So you say there is full employment for Germans.
It depends on how you define employment. In many countries (I'm not sure about Germany though!) if you work 1 h / week, you are considered in employment.
Post is kinda already defeated before he even brought up the question as FKKs are already open in Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, and the lone club in Czech.
Try comparing Sweden's numbers to their cultural and geographic peers. 500 deaths per million versus 50 in Denmark, Finland, and Norway.
Like I said, western culture breeds selfishness especially when people refuse to see passed 6 feet in front of them.
And than add those countries changes in GNP to the analysis. And then start examining excess mortality. True a lot of people died from covid in Sweden, but those people would have died from other causes in a few months time.
We are not talking about saving lives with all these actions, we're talking about postponing death a few months or years for people. That are already dying. For what? So we can look back proudly and say "yes, we burnt the economy to the ground, but look at all the people we saved from dying of covid. Sure they are dead now, but we gave them an extra year to live".
Hehe, well as the story goes, map makers do add all these fake names and locations in order to avoid getting copied. So its a great joke. But shouldn't have to explain jokes. That's boring. Rather just tag along. On the same note, flat earth is also mainly a joke. And so are plenty of other conspiracy theories. Realizing which ones are jokes, and which ones are not jokes might be hard for some people. But whatever?
Insert South Park episode here. I will be nice and not mention the Funnybot. You have no idea what you are talking about. Massive difference between those countries in terms of definition of CV19 deaths, population density, demographics, health status, immigration numbers, which all have a huge impact on the statistics. It is all a big totalitarian power grab from the politicians.

I understand that English is a difficult language to master when it's learned as a second language so a pass may be given. I think a joke that originated in Germany has a slim chance of being considered good.
The most intelligent people I know don't work replaceable desk jobs for a 5 figure salary. They're either helping people, doing something creative, or at the very least bringing home a respectable paycheck. LOL.
I don't understand the Swedish fan boys here. As Mursenary said, there have been ten times more deaths in Sweden than in Norway or Finland, the neighbor countries which enforced a lockdown during the peak of the epidemy. Even your government says that they should have handled things differently. Do they brainwash you in Sweden?
In the US political and cultural wars in which Covid finds itself now, Sweden has been weirdly coopted by the Trump base. Just as they had coopted Brexit or the election of Marine LE Pen or even Victor Orban as one of their own, Sweden has become a cause celebre to Trump base due to their stance on opening and other issues. I am not going to sit here and judge whether Sweden did the right thing or not but I doubt that becoming a champion in fraternity and solidarity to the trump base is what the good Swedes had in mind. Hitherto if any one had celebrated Sweden in US it was mostly the liberals that did, pointing to Swedish and Scandi welfare societies as role models. Paul Krugman for example. I am sure Swedes are saying to Americans "leave us alone" LOL.

At the same time, let's be honest, Sweden may not have had an official government mandated lockdown but they did implement social distancing measures including mass efforts to work from home, 50 person gathering limitations were implemented, high schools students learned from home.
What's admirable is the people's self-imposed social distancing measures as seen in the reduction of leisure travel. Most nations in the world could not have expected their citizenry to do the same. No way you get Latin countries and the USA to be so disciplined without legislation.
". Swedes appear to be following such guidelines without the need for legislation. Trips from Stockholm to Gotland -- a popular vacation destination -- dropped by 96% over the Easter weekend, according to data from the country's largest mobile operator, Telia Company. And online service Citymapper's statistics indicate an almost 75% drop in mobility in the capital."
EL: yes there is full employment for native christian or European candidates. For immigrants there is often a language and cultural gap with make the things more difficult. I can tell you if you are cook, salesman, nurse, auto mechanic, electrician, carpenter, truck driver. You find easily a job in few days. Like every where if you don t speak the local language, you don t adapt to the local habits it is a hard to integrate in any country. It will be very difficult for you to find Asian unemployed people in Germany.
Are you so sure in deep East part, in Chemnitz, Zwickau, Magdebourg and around. And in deep Rhur?

Next up is Norway. Then Denmark. Then Finland. This is per capita based.
Covid cases in immigrant environments who does not read the news, and have their own society within the larger society (tribalists) have been shown to be far higher than among the native population. Especially in the larger Swedish cities such as Stockholm, Götenborg, Malmö, Oslo in Norway and Copenhagen in Denmark.
The health system in all 4 countries are about the same. And economic conditions is not a factor considering it is practically free.
But some legislation have differed. Mainly Sweden on one side and the 3 others on the other side. Even in Norway / Denmark / Finland, 99% has never use a face mask. But social distancing and a high degree of tracing the infected has kept the numbers low. This investigative work is the main reason the numbers are so low. And apps have been used in order to trace movements. But also these apps have not been used by tribalist immigrants. Especially from Somalia, but also from some Middle Eastern countries, and a few other Asian and African countries.

Sweden.

Total:10 mil, Immigrant: 1. 6 m, 16.8%.
Norway.

Total: 5 mil, Immigrant: 744 K, 14.2%.
Point to the OP, all else being the same, only difference between Sweden and other Scandinavian countries would be the official lock down measures. And it's not as if they didn't restrict movement. Secondary schools were shut, work from home was encouraged, domestic travel restrictions were enforced, large gatherings were banned. Sweden is not the shining light of non-lockdown intervention that you make it out to be.

EL, of course, you as a french guy, you know the situation, what is the employment rate in Neuilly, versus 93,94, I let you make a parallel with the immigration % in the different places, do you know the employment rate in Hungary, today in France it is impossible to get figures like % of jailed people with migration background, % of unemployment in the population with migration background. It is like asking a doctor to help you but you don t let him do any blood analysis. For me first we have to get the datas after that obviously not telling the people to leave but to work together an action plan with each individual to build him a future and not let them sell drugs and probably ending in jail or even worse be killed what is happening in France every day.

EL: and what about Hungary which is consider as a poor country compare to the 4 you mentioned, 10 M, 6000 cases, 600 deaths, not so bad. The problem is not the app but also the mentality, and this is very hard to change. I don t know which Asian people you are thinking about, probably from Japan and south Korea))) In Hungary, there is a big Chinese and Thai community, also the biggest synagogue in the world is in Budapest, a big area around is occupied by Jewish people, all this in a very peaceful manner without any tension, never any terror attack, the Jewish don t want to leave like what happen in France, just the Hungarian Gouvernement is doing is job by protecting the citizen.
