But Poland and Russia have bad relations, so it's hard to say how easy or hard it is to cross the border there. And the travel there might be restricted due to the Covid-19 virus measures. I've never been in Kaliningrad, and I was misled by the use of city names, such as Moscow and Leningrad, for naming districts in Kaliningrad.
