The Middleman copies his reports from Israeli forum as his nick name says he is a middleman and most if not all reports are not first hand and some of them are not up to date.

I wouldn't go that far. The reason for the duplicates might be Middleman intention to enrich our forum readers with information that otherwise they wouldn't have access, because of the language barrier.
Some, or most of the reports might be also from his personal experience.
BTW, not all the reports on sexadir are advertising; it's a mixed bag, and the more experienced readers usually can distinguish which reports are bona fide and which are biased or disguised ads.

For me it doesn’t work that well, as in the past I found myself spending way much time in reading plenty of babbling that sexadit is full of.
Now I try to visit it no more often than once a week and spend there no more than one hour each visit.
